Since the members are picked from auditions, does that mean Mako will even be included in the project? The show later this year is meant to go over the chosen girls audition processes over the course of this year, so I suppose she won't be involved since she's been training years prior. If that is the case, I feel like she might leave JYP soon because the other trainees are all 03 - 06 liners, so she's not likely going to be debuting with them by the time the next Kpop girl group come out

I have a feeling the lineup will be 99 - 05 liners with Koeun, Jimin, NingNing, Hina & Lami as guaranteed members. I also think there will be at least 9 girls in the group, with around 3/4 foreigners as well. I think the concept will be youthful & innocent e.g Lovelyz, GFriend, Oh My Girl and gradually they'll start to go for a more chic concept once they're older e.g SNSD, miss A, AOA. I'm hopeful that they'll debut next year, but considering I was 99% certain they were gonna debut in 2018 and they didn't, I'm not going to get my hopes up too much

SM really should debut their new girl group next year. It's time they brought out a new group, and next year is the perfect timing for one. No other big3 girl groups will debut in 2020 (JYP just debuted Itzy, YG lost a ton of his girl trainees) so they wouldn't have to worry about competition, unless there is another Produce season next year, but even so I'm sure SMNGG can take them on given the amount of hype surrounding them. I hope they end up with 7 - 9 members with a decent amount of foreign girls in the group as well.

I'm excited! I'm praying we get a member with tanned skin, like Jihyo's from DTNA era. She looked so pretty back then, I can easily see it for maybe Yeji or Lia. Also hopefully we get a physical album and variety show appearances, because if we go through another promotion with just music show appearances, I'm not going to be very pleased and I think most would feel the same.

I know it's fake, but the idea of it is really intriguing to me; especially considering the old reports of their being another girl group sometime next year. I have a feeling that JYP has pushed this group back due to Nizi Project happening next year, because initially before Itzy debuted it was reported they were going to debut Itzy in early 2019, Nizi Project in late 2019 and then another Korean girl group in 2020, but I have a feeling things have been pushed to a later date, which could potentially mean a 2021 debut instead.

I'm a bit worried because I was really hoping JYP would send a female trainee on the next season of Produce, but given the recent events surrounding Seobin, I feel like he might decide he no longer wants to give his trainees that kind of exposure, in fear that they'll just end up like him. I mean they could easily just kick them out like they have with Seobin if that were the case, but I don't think the company would want to risk being associated with someone who might have a history with bad behavior for a second time in a row. I still hope he sends at least one girl though, because there are still so many of them in the company and it's not like another girl group is going to debut anytime soon so why not?

SuA is back on Instagram! Turns out after looking through Instagram, there are much more trainees we didn't know about who've also left the company. After adding up how many, it adds up to 8 that we now know of, and possibly even more that aren't active on Instagram or are private (I've seen a couple of accounts followed by the other girls that are on private.) This is on top of also having lost Jinny, Denise & Roya the year prior - so within a year YG has lost over 10 female trainees. I'm starting to accept the fact that a new girl group isn't happening anytime soon, at least not until Blackpink have disbanded; which won't be for a long time yet. Might explain why all the new recruits are 12 year olds lol.
