Irene debuted at 23 too. Sm has debuted artists older than her. They don't care that much about age.

the way she’s singing changes the shape of her face. she’s elongating her jaw and opening her mouth wide to get a fuller brighter sound. it makes her face look slimmer because her jaw is extended as opposed to in her bad boy cover where her mouth shape was different.

I seriously doubt SM will do a female version of NCT. I wouldn't worry about that at all. If they're continuing NCT it's gonna be all boys. Sm is too meninist to debut that many girls.

Yeah CEO confirmed they're debuting next year but with how SM is it could be December 31, 2020 11:59 pm

Recently rumors have sprung up from an anonymous twitter account that made a few claims about the upcoming debut of SM's new girl group. Here's a summary. 

• Debut will be soon 
• Hina has a new hair color, it's very pretty
• There are new trainees
• Debut for sure in the first half (possibly March?)
• New SM Rookies in December 
• Possibly 9 members in the lineup 
• Debut members and songs are fixed (debuting with a mini album?)
• They are pretty and mature
