I don’t know how anyone could stan any of the korean trainees when the 48G girls are right there. Like... watching pd48 made me realize that Korean idols tend to be really boring because they’re more concerned about executing the choreography to perfection and hitting the right notes, meanwhile Japanese idols are more concerned with putting their personalities on display and making it so you like them a lot and want to spend your money on them so missing some notes and batting their eyelashes and missing some moves in choreography to appear cute and I am starting to like that a lot more. Koreans focus on the wrong things, like yeah it’s good to have a complicated choreography but seriously... I’d rather see an idols individual personality in each performance that leaves me coming back for more than “ooooh he did a backflip!†Idk maybe it’s just me because a lot of the idols personality comes into play when I’m deciding whether or not to buy concert tickets, albums, and other merchandise. That’s why you don’t see me walking around in head to toe Wonder Girls stuff for example because I don’t like their personalities that much in comparison to Day6. No shade to anyone but I think korean idols should take more after Japanese ones and maybe they would have to depend on zombie streaming so much
