Good thing i don't give much importance to the opinions of trolls who try and act like they're critiquing without being any actual constructive criticism other than comments along the lines of "boo! his voice sucks! i don't like it". But yeah. This really surprised me. I was not expecting his sound from then and especially not in a Japanese release. The sound is so interesting and dark and sultry and the way they went with the vocals is different and i absolutely love it. If the Korean comeback is like this then i already know i'll love it. Also i really wish that they would do more original Japanese songs rather than remakes. Imagine all of the different sounds we can get from Japanese release. it would be amazing!

I really loved that little snippet! so have to say that it's definitely my favorite Japanese release and i can't wait to hear the full version. Also it seems like it's so good that even the trolls had to listen to it to and to comment on it. The guys are so powerful they even bring the trolls out of the woodwork ðŸ˜

I agree that this fandom needs to mind its own business sometimes. We don't need to involve ourselves in everything and starting fanwars is pointless. Not only does that go to twitter though, that also goes for here. there are a couple of messy armys on here just like there are on twitter. I've seen a couple of people on here start up shit with other fandoms when they could've just ignored it and moved on. Being messy isn't just limited to one platform or one specific type of fan Idk maybe since the fandom is getter bigger, the (VERY) vocal minority of the fandom who enjoy drama is getting bigger too. I just hope we can remind ourselves that being messy or starting fanwars (even if it's somehow funny to you) is going against what the boys have said before about loving ourselves & others and ending violence.

If that means more reasonable prices for tickets then i'm all for it! (but honestly I would spend any amount to see the boys in concert again)

Hey guys, I've been thinking about this for a while but do you think that they might partner with a big US promoter for their upcoming world tour? From the (very little) experience i have with kpop concerts it seems like it's difficult for companies to make deals with well known promoters because kpop IS a niche genre so they have go with specialized promoters and that's why the tickets are usually expensive. The boys have gained so much attention here over the past year so I wonder if BH/Eshy tried to contact a well known promoter or vice versa for the next tour. The Wings Tour did very well here and all night sold out so the promoters know that they can sell out future shows. Especially with how big the fandom has gotten. What do you guys think? Do you think this is a possibility? I'm clueless about this kind of thing so it would be nice to hear the opinion of someone who's more knowledgeable (I'm hoping that it's true so the tickets can be a little less expensive lol)

Guys this is so surreal!! I used to run an update account for troye and i went to so many of his shows and even met him and now he's into the boys too!! I will cry if they actually collab. That would be like the best of both of my worlds coming together

Eventually there's gonna be another group who i'll start getting success here just like the boys did. It's inevitable and it's the way the world works What matters is if this fandom will be able to handle it and meet that challenge and continue to support the boys and to work hard to help them succeed even further or if people will get caught up in the "only the boys can be/should be successful here" and get lazy and be blindsided and then complain. Fact of the matter is that some US fans are multipfandom. When there are concerts here (such as kcon, e*x*o, b**ig b**ang, etc) most of the time it sells out and most of the time it's the same fans. Sonof another group comes here and attends an award show or performs on a show then chances are that those fans will support them and most likely support them passionately. If we want the boys to be ahead then we'll just have to keep working hard so they can get more opportunities and achieve even more. We can't just assume that it will stay this way forever and that why'll be the only group to be noticed by the US. not when companies are money hungry and will want to make more money off of more groups. also it's kinda hubiris to assume that OT: this is just something i've noticed from different platforms but there's this sentiment that's been going around lately that kinda lowkey treats kpop as this lowly dirty thing to be looked down on and it kinda makes me a tiny teeny bit annoyed. I'm gonna go back to ignoring those comments but i just find it very interesting Edit: I just want to say this in case someone misunderstands but i'm not saying that we should support all of the groups that make an attempt in the US. no that's impossible bc people just have different tastes and opinions. what i'm saying is that we should prepare for it instead of focusing of fanwars and denying that it will probably happen

I know i haven't posted in a while (I still lurk here a lot though) but i just wanted to bring up something that kinda had to do with this discussion but that's also kind of OT It seems like a lot of people (including jimin fans) forget that while he did learn contemporary dance it was only for like 2 years. Before that he did a lot of of popping and other types of dancing. Idk if i'm just looking too deep into it but it kinda seems like there's this sentiment going around that he's just a contemporary dancer when in fact he's very a versatile dancer like someone else mentioned above.

If you feel yourself starting to get annoyed with something on twitter take a step back to breath and take a break from twitter if you need to. Also watch bts videos or songs to remind you why you love them and why you're here. For the past couple of months i've decided that i'm not here for any type of drama or mess and if i see it i will block or mute or do whatever it takes so that it doesn't ruin my experience here. I let the fandom ruin how i felt about an artist (not kpop) that i liked and i refuse to let that happen again so if it means i just have to mute and block everything then so be it lol

Someone a couple of pages back asked if there were better subs for BV (both seasons) than the ones on vlive and i was wondering the same thing
