    Ah, I feel this a lot. When I was younger, you were me too. 

    It's only my experience, try to writing it instead of speaking. Because when you're speaking, your mind will always come to you, and that will be instinct that makes you anger, I hope you get my advice. You can do better, dear. And you're awesome!

     

     

    Hey, I'm sorry you feel that way, but just know that you are part of your family too, and they care about how you feel as well. You aren't a burden, and I might not know you but by what you said it seems like you care a lot for them and tries to be there for them. If the situation was reversed, and if it was one of your family members that had a problem and they felt like they shouldn't say anything because they thought they were being a burden? Pushing away your feelings won't make them go away, but being honest with yourself and with them could help... If you get the support you need, there's a chance they can help you and will help you to feel better... Then, you can continue to be supportive, and things will work out. I think a lot of people (me included) who hide their feelings because they don't wanna bother, but by doing it, you are hurting yourself more... Won't you agree it hurts to pretend you're feeling something you are not? Trust me, when your friends tell you they are your friends, that means they will be there for you when things get tough, and they will be happy to help you, because they care about you just like you do with them. It's the same thing with family... In my case, my mom wasn't supportive at all when I came to her with my anxiety problems (I had to leave class many times because I was having a panic attack, but back then I didn't know it) and once I started to really explain to her how I felt, how painful and sad and lost it was for me, she got me the help I needed, and now I can tell her anything, and she tells me anything too. Because I trusted her with this, she trusts me even more ;;

     

    I understand that this is really difficult, so if you can't open up to your family about your problems, go to one of your friends or someone you trust. Keeping it inside is really harmful ):

     

    edit: also, it's common to have difficulties when sharing feelings because they are so deep and a lot of times it's a struggle to speak about them. But if you need, like it was said above, write it down or try different methods, they will understand

    Thank you, both! It's amazing what can happen when you can't fully articulate how you feel. But I also think my parents are in a bit of denial because they didn't expect so many kids to have these struggles? I know it's painful for them, but it makes me feel like I'm adding on to it. I will try writing it down so I can understand it better.

    Hi, I always feel like my problems are a big burden to my family. A lot of the time when I open up about anything, I get angry and play the blame game instead of saying my real feelings. There are people who are there for me, but I feel I cause more trouble to them than anything else.

     

    idk what to do, there are others in my family suffering mental illness. I wish i could push mine away and just be the happy and supportive person they need me to be.

    they already working on an album ^^ according to the spoilers it'll be a full album this time (not sure about this, but I hope it's true).

    btw I'm a little bit sad because Zelo is blond again. I love when he is blonde but I prefer dark colors on him ;-;

    It is a throwback, blond Zelo. I like when they stick with natural colors because the hair damage is real :(

    I'm really emotional rn, I'm so glad they came back rlytearpls.png  and I really hope they'll stay with us for many years. I was so depressed when they were on hiatus and I cried when they came back with MATRIX because I was happy af rlytearpls.png rlytearpls.png

    Me too. They were gone for a while, but they came back. TOGETHER. I believe no matter what happens after the contract runs out, they will stay a family and release music. Maybe not under a label, but together. Maybe after Yongguk and Himchan finish their time in the military they can be under a different label!

     

    Stay optimistic, Babyz!! We've seen how tough they are <3
