Well it depends...,this place,the turd always dragged for fun,not being that serious,But people outside of this thread here take it personally.

People on the outside realms do it for antagonistic purposes....

Some for joy.

Some just exist for that reason like kami and wondertwice

Eventually a line seperating between those two things becomes blurry.

Some places have a way stricter moderation policy though.Their is still some sense of freedom here.

Like that neogaf spinoff forum Resetera.

People like Kami would get banned in a day there or any user with overly conservative views like documentaly,And their was thread on tomb raider on there a few days ago,and I saw people getting banned for 6 days thinking lara craft is hot,it was basically a tamer discussion like those 18+ rated threads on OH get,and users got banned for posting gifs thinking she's looks hot in the new game.

Also Another user got banned for 6 days venting about the flaws of Captain America's motives in marvel movies,when people were discussing DCEU movies.

They also get red labelled warnings on their posts if you antagonize someone or discuss something in a harsh tone too much.

But one thing I noticed over forum life here and other places .

It's a Thriving incubating chamber for harboring tribalism.

Never heard of Resetera but neogaf has always been super strict so I believe it.

 

A black owned forum I used to go on was SOOOOOO lax on their own rules you practically had to beg to get banned. It was a predominately black male forum so the females were more prone to get banned if they didn't align with male group think.

This thread used to be soooooo funny. I read through the first fifty pages yesterday and was cracking up at

I feel that the overall social climate is different. I noticed kpop fans are still using terms like "top girl group", "sajagi" "oppa didn't mean it" and kpop fans have always been like that so that much hasn't changed.

It's funny how any type of bashing, for that matter, is pretty much intolerable on the whole forum but the turd has pretty much always been the safe spot to say whatever the hell we wanted.

jihyun's drama ended. i'm gonna miss getting to see her every week.   the drama's average but the acting was really good as a whole and she had an interesting character. her acting has gotten so much better in the last two years, not that she was bad before. i hope i get to see her in something else soon, as well as all of our girls. 

 

i think a lot of the new-ish kpop fans only know 4minute's last releases. i remember seeing comments on Jiyoon's appearance on Masked Singer a lot of them were surprised that Jiyoon could sing, most thought she was a rapper only.

Same tbh. Bangtan is the only group I care about and I have zero interest any other groups beside them. I tried to check new groups but any of them got my attention
