  1. I find the simplicity of NCT's lightstick pretty. A lot of fans dont like it suggesting things like glass globes with logo inside, rotating earth and a lot more pressing the button and confetti would come out. Things that look more complicated aren't automatically more creative.

  2.     This Baekhyun thing is frustrating me because people might think his wording is bad when in fact it's appropriate to say. "I don't understand depression because I don't have it, but I hope I can make you happy. Do you have a hobby? Do you take meds? etc" (something like that). It might be politically incorrect or sounding ignorant to some, but it was a careful way to address the situation.

I've been depressed before (I have hfASD so idk if this is the same to everyone with depression). The reason it's hard to ask people for comfort is because whenever they speak positive words, the first thing that always clouds the mind is "You can only say that because you don't know how it feels".

When you're depressed, the feelings are so heavy that it seems impossible for anyone to understand it. When non-depressed people say they understand, you might think they belittle your feelings to the typical sadness spectrum that's why they can understand. No matter how you find your judgements illogical, distrust is a mindset that's hard to control. Even believing that they understand you, feels like a self-mockery to your depression.

But if it's made clear to you beforehand that the non-depressed person acknowledges that your depression is indeed too heavy for him to understand, you're aware that he's not belittling your heavy feelings. He may not know how it feels but he recognizes the depth. That's actually the most comforting. Not when someone knows your problems but when someone knows how extreme those problems affect you.

I actually think the members are told what to do incase situations like this happen. He even asked easy yes/no questions (uncommon to ask but this makes the convo sincere and light) instead of why/how questions (first thing people ask but too sensitive and hard).

  3.      If you want other fandoms to stop generalizing your own fandom, then stop generalizing others too. Stop doing the point system of who does more wrong. Pointing out the dirt of others may hide your own but its only for a short time. They'll do the same to you if they get the chance. We're all just shitting back and forth if you still didn't notice that. It's almost like other fandoms rejoice when one fandom gets embarrassed. Laughing like old gossiping neighbors. (All fandoms get both the crying and laughing ends when gotten the chance so don't play victim.)

And for those in lie low fandoms with fewer shits, you too get generalized for being a part of the "immature" kpop fandom by nonkpop fans. You know it's illogical to generalize and hurtful to be generalized. So don't do it to beaten up kpop fandoms just because you think you're in an immuned subfandom of stereotypically better people.

We all have shits and pointing out the shit of others is insecurity to our own shit. It just feels better if their shit is stinkier than ours that's why we like pointing it out. Stop being insecure, stop smelling each other's shit.
