I hope so! Honestly I think I enjoy watching them do special stages at awards and events more than their songs. My dream is for RV and BP to do a special stage of I Got A Boy together. My BlackVelvet heart would explode.

I 100% agree with you. One of the things that make me love Wendy so much, her selflessness, is one of the things that I feel holds her back. We know she has so much more to give. She just needs to have the same confidence in herself that we fans have in her.

Not sure where to post this... but this feels like a good place... I had always heard that OH was toxic and I never really understood it. Now, after venturing into threads outside of the groups, I think I'm getting it. There aren't any groups I dislike and I honestly wish they all could find success but some users on here are starting to make me actively want groups to flop hard and I hate, hate, hate that. Anyway, now that that is out of the way... I had really hoped the girls would pull 11 weeks in the top 10 but alas, IU and BTS pushed them out. I can't be too upset though because a summer song performing this well after the Korean summer is still damn amazing. Now I'm just crossing my fingers in hope that they cross the 1 million downloads mark in 12 weeks.

My bias never changed. Wendy has been my number 1 K-Pop crush since their debut. I will admit that sometimes Seulgi threatens Wendy's spot when she is just absolutely adorable.

I have to agree that they're doing amazing as well. Honestly, I don't think they are going to have a "Gee" or "Growl" moment but are going to continue the slow climb. They've been getting more momentum with each comeback and Red Flavor seems to have really made more people take notice. I think now it comes down to SM playing the right cards. A quirky yet public friendly song, the full court press on promotions like we have seen with RF and I really believe they could have an amazing 2018! Heck, they can even put themselves into a position to give Twice some serious competition and I'd be ecstatic for that.

My favorites for the year are Red Velvet - Red Flavor EXID - Night Rather Than Day Girls Day - I'll Be Yours Pristin - WeeWoo (This was a grower. Didn't care for it at first but now I listen to it daily) Winner - Really Really GFriend - Fingertip

Watching this weeks Running Man and they've played Red Flavor twice so far! I can't think of a single variety I've watched over the past two months without hearing it play at least once.

I imagine it must feel awkward dancing and singing in front of a crowd that is pretty much just quiet and sitting there. I've heard that corporate events are like that as well so maybe they eventually just get used to it?

I feel you. I look at this and think, "I can eat generic food for the next few weeks, right?"

I am so in on watching this! KJK and HaHa are my two favorite guys on Running Man and I loved their chemistry early on in the show.

I have been so happy with her styling this comeback I almost want to send flowers to their new stylist lol

Wendy is my ultimate bias but Seulgi in that YBK styling is challenging that soooooo dang much. Honestly, this styling may be my favorite for the group as a whole.

Watched the last episode of Strong Woman Do Bong Soon today. I give it a solid 9/10. A lot of dramas seem to suffer from a slump where all of the charm disappears and is replaced with melodrama halfway through which makes me skip episodes or just stop watching. This one just kept on at a wonderful pace and kept me completely engaged.

Twice on Infinite Challenge, I've heard it on Happy Together. You're right, it seems to be everywhere and it just makes me giddy.

I keep seeing Red Flavor pop up everywhere still! So much impact!

She definitely lights my fire. And I am so completely excited about their Japan showcase! I was shocked when they got a full press promotion from SM this comeback but it just keeps getting even better!

Hello! New to the forums here and wanted to introduce myself! Red Velvet was the group that made me a hardcore K-Pop fan. At first I was drawn in by their Velvet side but I found that songs like Dumb Dumb, Red Dress and Time Slip were on constant repeat for me. My bias is Wendy because of how adorkable she is. Don't know how active I'll be on here (last year of my Masters program so... school) but I'll definitely be following along so I know what's going on with the girls!
