bb's first two seasons are shit. the latest anime adaptations are okay since they're actually following the original source's plot but the quality of animation is rather... eeh. as for manga, it has its ups and downs. arcs like campania and circus are amazing and super fun to read but there are some other (namely the last three arcs) that will make you go 'wtf is in the author's mind??' and not in a good way.

I hate harem and loli shit and it sucks that they're still a trend in Japan. Speaking of, I also hate how nowadays most anime characters, especially the girls, look like prepubescent kids. I know Japan loves kawaii things but you can create a cute character design without turning them into a lolibait??? And don't even get me started on the same face syndrome... Lack of originality. I might come off as hypocrite since I'm a kpop fan (lol) but it's hard to find something interesting when every anime tries hard to pander to a specific community. Maybe I say this because I'm wearing nostalgia goggles but anime shows were way more enjoyable until mid 2000s, before Lucky Star and Haruhi Suzumiya popularized the moe and harem trends.
