EXOLs have a right to complain if they feel like they are not getting enough content from SM, why? because they are the fans of EXO. They are the ones feeding them and giving them(and SM) profit so they have a say in what they feel is less or more. You can't be another groups fan or even EXO's fan and scold or be offended by EXOLs complaining about the lack of promotion their faves get, are you the one who buys the albums? or support them? even if you do those you still should not chide them. These are the fans that have been with EXO from the beginning, they been there when they lost members, when a member hasn't participated in any group activities for 2 years, when they had scandals etc. EXOLs no offense, is the fandom that gives SM the most profit for now and they have held this position for sometime. So please don't tell them what to do or feel when they complain that they are not getting what they should from SM.
