  1. After 39 days of silence Sakura has been spotted this morning at the airport, travelling back from Japan. Hopefully we can see all of the other members this week too
  2. Finally you managed to post something that doesn't sound like bitter sh*t, congrats
  3. they really are about to take the 4 of them LMAO WTF
  4. the Jannabi performance was BEAUTIFUL
  5. The Dream Chapter: Eternity is coming
  6. Japan seems to be on board, it all ultimately depends on the big companies unfortunately. If one of the girls' companies want to pull their trainees out of the group then it's gonna get ugly
  7. I think most people are suspicious about her #1 more than about her being in the highest ranks. Personally, I can see her benefiting a lot from the last episode and her rank does not seem that unrealistic to me, but I guess we'll see soon enough. I feel like all the recent Startship drama also affected the legitimacy of her ranking in a way. Anyway, even if she wasn't that huge by the finale of the show, she is clearly inmensely popular right now and the most popular in Korea from the group
  8. I saw many people assume that the real list will be revealed on Monday, but I dont think police have specifically confirmed that they will reveal the results then right?
  9. IZ*ONE's BLOOM*IZ reached 47,584 copies today after 8 days of preorders, making it the #1 best selling album among the new generation girl groups The gap is expected to be bigger, as copies of the album are still being ordered until its release next Monday
  10. their comeback showcase is being recorded today. some reviews:
  11. yeah, Im also kinda torn with King Records. On one hand they are getting a proper treatment in terms of music in Japan, you can tell their producers are working hard to keep Gfriend's sound and concept while at the same time "adapting" it a little bit more to Jpop. I think they're some of the very few Kpop acts whose Japanese discographies are actually good and not just rejects from their K-discographies recorded in Japanese. Also, they've been getting great gigs and promo spots. The bad thing is the accesibility, I've been a Jpop fan before a Kpop fan so for me it's not that surprising, even though it is time that Japanese companies start considering gaining more international exposure (it is slowly happening, but still a long way to go). BH is associated with Pony Canyon/Universal Music Japan. And, as much as i like their korean discography, their Japanese discography is basically versions of the Korean songs with some original tracks here and there. I much prefer Gfriend's current way of releasing tbh, I think the way they give their Japanese discography as much importance as they do now is something amazing and unfortunately unusual
