About concept, I know I probably said this before but since Pentagon lost a rapper, they should be focused on showing off their vocals more. 

I'd like them to try a mature concept like Ribbon or 12:30 by Beast. Or something mature and sexy like the songs Hui did in Breakers (Bodyguard, Swim Good, etc). 

If it's not for a comeback, then I hope they're practicing for performances at year end shows. I hope we finally get to see them at Gayos or award shows

You know what's crazy, I remember reading posts on OH where 4nias were complaining about 4Minute, outside of Hyuna, not getting alot of CF deals or going on variety shows. And 4 minute was one of the top groups at one time. It makes you wonder about Cube's strategy when it comes to that type of thing.

 

Other than (G)I-dle, I don't follow alot of Cube groups that closely. How are they doing with CLC, Pentagon and others when it comes to variety, CFs and mediaplay?

As far as I know, Pentagon has done a CF in China (?) for a skincare brand, a joint CF with IOI for uniforms, and they currently have one with Dlive. CLC has had a couple during their debut days too - so it's odd that IDLE isn't doing any CFs. 

It would be nice if people would stop invalidating my feelings. It's so easy for you to be apathetic and not care, but you're not emotionally invested in it like I was. You're not even doing it in a nice "it will get better, don't be sad" way, you're just doing it to be a dick. I know things are gonna pass, but I'm allowed to feel things. I've been holding this in for a long time.

yeah that's what I was thinking, I mean it should have been way earlier, but I guess gidle's success changed the game a lil bit. (Maybe if Cube had given them a cb instead of Triple H things would have been better in every sense...)

I agree. I honestly feel like CLC was scheduled for a October or November comeback, but after seeing the lineup (and company internal issues), Cube decided to bring out BTOB.

Kindergartners and teenagers.... oh ok... interesting demographic they got, even though most Unis I've met were in their 20's lol.

Hopefully they don't stick with the upbeat concept too long, one of my favourite things about Pentagon is how versatile they are.

I hope they do a dance ballad like Beast's Ribbon or 12:30, Pentagon really needs the chance to showcase their vocals in a title track.

November is a month packed with a ton of big names, in a way I'm kind of glad CLC doesn't have to comeback in the middle of all that. 

It's sad to see that Dawn is now officially gone, but it's been a long time of preparing for this so it doesn't hurt too much. I hope the rest of the Pentagon members are okay and coping with this well... but the group will always be 10 in spirit. Hopefully all this drama and hate coming from non-fans ends. Pentagon and Unis have been through a lot. These past few months have been stressful.

As for composing, I'd like to see a Jinho or Kino composition as the title - or something in the style Hui did for Breakers. I love their fun concept, but Pentagon should show a new image next comeback.

Ugh, it's disappointing but I feel like Cube is going to make CLC into one of those groups who only comes back once a year. After all the progress with Black Dress... but at least some members get solo gigs so I'm glad they're not sitting in the dungeon this whole time.

Happy 2 year anniversary! Pentagon is full of 10 hardworking, talented, beautiful men and they always make me so proud to be Universe. 

I don't know how it works on Immortal song and why they chose this song, they didn't win but they sang live really well and they made a good impression to others which is (personally) the most important thing 

I agree. It would've been nice if they won, but it's better that they made a good impression and showcased their talents. I've seen a lot of positive comments from knetz and even ifans about this performance, which makes me happy to see.

Until confirmation I won’t take any bait. I do hope that whatever the outcome Cube will allow them to explain everything that happened. It maybe hard for Edawn to work for Cube now that he’s seen this side of his superiors.

 

Anyone had any news of Yanan? What’s the latest with his Chinese show?

As far as I know, Yanan is still resting from his health issues. I also think that Chinese show ended weeks ago, and Yanan had left the show before then.
