I get mild breakouts when I use a cleansing/make up removing sheet and don't double cleanse or at least rinse with water afterwards. Does this happen to anyone else?

ME, i have super sensitive skin and cleansing cloths or whatever they're called are way too harsh for me. usually a lot of alcohol that irritates my skin and triggers breakouts. 

Who in their right mind only eats egg whites?????????
