I wouldn't say they were "lying". It just that they don't manufacture their own sunscreens, it's more like private labelling from a manufacturer so this is more of the manufacturer problem. Unfortunately this is pretty common for Korean skincare brands especially Indie ones who don't have enough resources to manufacture their own. I have seen Sunscreens with the same formulations with small tweeks supplied by the manufacturer across different brands. That means that whatever brands this manufacturer supplies with probably have the same problem. They are from the same manufacturer. Sunscreens are incredibly hard to formulate so it happens quite often!
