I sometimes go into other individual artists thread but not often. I enjoy the discussions we have sometimes tooo. It makes things interesting around here. It's what I enjoy most. We have the important updates but also the chatting with each other and it's not like we agree all the time. I like that we can sometimes disagree and it's ok.

I know it's weird. When I first got my mac after being used to Windows, I googled all sorts of things to try to find an ZIP/UNZIP program like Windows. Well....it ended up I didn't need an unzip program lol and I wasted all that time. There's a whole bunch of things I didn't appreciate actually until much later. Like you can put any link into the downloads window and it will automatically download. So for example, I have an mp3 link, I just plop it there. I do that when I steal mp3s from ppl's tumblrs lol. So much easier that way. I think I understand what you mean by that the image you have of him is so associated with a singer, you don't think of him as a dancer. I don't actually for myself, since my first impression of him was from the bonamana video lol so it was hawwwtt yes, do your hip move, your slide.....

That first one is also one of my favs cuz his mouth is plump and his nose is so nice. He looks a bit different as well. I can't quite point my finger on why and how he looks different, other than that he's not the pale skin Kyu that we know today. The second photo though.....I've never seen it before!!!!! Thank you for that. I remember downloading Kyu's solos before, but I guess that wouldn't include the new ones. Anyway, the Mac unzips automatically when you download, so you really don't need to do anything. You don't need a special program for it. Try downloading the file and you will see when you click on your download. I don't use weibo, so I can't help you there.

LOLSSSS Kyu is so cute and clueless there. I don't know why I find this cute but I do. Did you guys hear that he went to hot pot again and to his fav place, Hai Di Lao. He took Henry with him this time and stayed until after 1 am lol....the fans were waiting for him to exit. So they stayed up just as late as he did hahaha. Singing in the rain is one of the best movie musicals out there if you want to give it a try. I'm not sure that most people will be able to sit through all the singing and dancing though. It's basically one male lead and one female lead. If the musical follows the movie exactly, which I doubt, then this is basically what happens. Kyu's character will be a movie star. Movie star at the time where people made silent movies. He has a best friend who appears a lot in the movie. In the beginning, Kyu as the movie star will act mainly with one movie actress (who's annoying and sounds awful when she speaks) and they both become very popular and become everyone's OTP haha. The acting in the silent movies that we see him do in this part is very exaggerated as silent movies used to be. But then one day the invention of the talking movies come and the company decides they have to follow suit or else fall behind, so now they decide to do a talking movie starring Kyu and the movie actress, the first of its kind for the company. So they have to learn to speak their lines as well. In the meantime, Kyu will meet this girl and they spar right off the bat, but of course you know they have an attraction and connection. Kyu's character, his best friend and this girl can sing and dance very well...that's what you see throughout most of the movie. By dance, I mean tap dance. (I think I read that this Korean musical version will incorporate Kpop dances and choreography, which makes more sense because one can't learn how to tap dance well in a few weeks or months). As I said the movie actress sounds bad when she talks so the talking movies doesn't go so well for her. Then in comes this main girl who does have a very lovely voice and who sings very well. I'm sure how far to go....I'll stop here for now.

He said Mi has Yao Ming legs and in the beginning he said, "come to me...come embrace me" to fan who said his shoulders were broad lol. I do and don't understand fans who want him to remain the quiet hidden member of sj. I do because I see that was what they liked from him in the beginning and as he's more into the spotlight, they feel like they can't identify with him anymore. That's not me though. I don't understand because as a fan I want him to succeed and do well and I think that means he will become popular. That is what being successful means I think, that more people will find out about him and like him and that he will achieve what he wants. In some ways, it's quite selfish of fans who want him to remain the quiet shy boy who doesn't speak much, the member who's always hidden behind the rest. How far will that get him? I think I also see that from a lot of non-Kyu fans too. They want him to be that person who doesn't become *more* successful than any other member, to not overshadow everyone. I also see some people start to dislike him for it and it's petty. I see that as selfish as well. And that is ok, as long as people recognize it for what it is. We should want any of them to be successful and just because one is successful doesn't mean the others cannot also. Now, I don't think it's gotten all into his head that he's become arrogant. I see him as thinking that he still needs to break through. I think he's realistic enough to realize his popularity is through radio star and that it's limited. He hasn't reached that point yet. Everything I see from him is the same person he's always been as far as I can tell, except with more confidence in some respects. The person who made witty remarks that's still who he is. He's always been confident about his singing though, even early on. Even with the Chinese show they were on where they danced that weird dance with the MC. The MCs pointed him, mentioned him and called him out. I think it was pretty self-evident that he was just as surprised as anyone that the MC picked him haha. He's not, like Yukahoo said, recognized as a singer with a capital S yet. That's really what I want to see him reach. Now who is this ex-fan that everyone knows and I don't? lol I really admire how level-headed choidings is in her responses and she sometimes says things that I might not have thought about and like you guys said, she does responds in a very respectful and thoughtful tone, which I appreciate. I don't always agree but I respect what she has to say. Like Eggies said, we are really different as fans and want different things and sometimes that creates disagreements. But that's ok, we're all here to appreciate and enjoy what Cho Kyu gives us haha. One thing though, I want to kick him when it appears like he actually wants his stupid mushroom hair haha.
