Personally for me, someone who says Kyu is nasty without an ounce of kind-heartedness shouldn't be taken on any level of seriousness.

Those we are only thinking of Kyu's health type bs, is such nonsense. If they wanted to protest, go protest this Singing in the Rain, which puts way more demands on him and far little return. It's an SM production containing what looks like mainly idols for the main roles. Serious musical fans would scoff at this. What really is an album or mini album? Recording in the studio and some photoshoots, maybe a few appearances on variety shows, just like what Henry did. What is that in comparison to this musical? Pah. So yea, bullshit excuse. And oh yea, Kyu looks like a zombie /98%/ of the time in the morning, whether he's promoting or not. He does sleep at 4 am in the morning. He did say his favourite time of the day is 2 am. it's completely ok to only like a few members that's your prerogative, we do here as well and no one is forcing people to support kyu, but then don't be that person who talks about supporting everyone. also i'm talking about those people who complain because it some how affects kyu's role as a sj member or for shipping reasons or because they prefer someone else have a solo album first. i do see shippers who oppose it but i really don't understand it. what shipping reason could there possibly be.

People who say it's cuz he'll be tired so they don't support it, it's just bs, pure and simple. I don't buy that lame excuse for a second. I really really side eye any elf who don't support this. Excuse me but do you see all those members doing their own activities? How come a possibility of a crappy Kyu solo and people don't wanna support it? There is no excuse for such behaviour. I know people who don't want him to cuz they think it's unfair for the other members which is bloody lame too. And I'm talking about Yesung fans. Of course I'm talking about the last time there was a Kyu rumour and they were against it. Excuse me but he's in the bloody army. Can't any of KRY do anything because he's in the bloody army? Just because you want Yesung to have an album first. Selfish people. And also the Kyu fans who don't want it. What's wrong with you people? He's a bloody singer who has always wanted this. He became a singer to be a ballad singer. That was his dream. Selfish people and what kind of fan are you? When has Kyu ever really neglected SJ? Despite how busy he's has been in the past? You so called fans don't even wanna support him in I hope to be a not crappy solo. Really. Shame on you, especially if you are a Donghae, Hyuk, Siwon or Henry fan. Sorrynotsorry for this rant.

Ahh those KRY videos giving me feels.......fresh and young KRY and their voices blending so well. It works so well since all of their voices are so distinct.

I read this and the very first thought that popped into my head was, the thirst is real.... well... I don't know if that is a good or bad analogy. lol But yea to the lurkers and even to those who come here to find evidence of how awful Kyu fans are *hi* . I feel good that this place is an open forum where we can all have our different opinions, where we agree, disagree, or whatever, and it's all cool. I'm not sure, I've only seen a handful, but many do seem to be. Sungkyuwang Scandal wasn't that long though and this drama sounds like it would be along the same lines. Hm..now that I think about it most of my fave kdramas have been sageuk ones, no wonder I am so interested in this.

And the PD is the one who did Jumong....his fav drama!!! Sigh....I think it's just me and a handful of people who want to see him in a drama.....my thirst is real. This drama sounds really interesting. I'm looking forward to it.

TBH I didn't even know who he is and now we find out he used to be Victoria's ideal man. Now I realize he's super popular . Anyway, I read this and I thought wow I can see Kyu in a role like this.... This. And I don't just want a half-assed album. I hope that he challenges himself and show people all he is capable of. But we'll never know. It's very odd don't you think that other idol groups have people release solo albums of its members and so far none of the vocal line members of SJ have. It's only now that other members of SJ (Eunhae, Henry) have released stuff so at least the possibilities are more than there. I do like as well that the stuff Eunhae have released seem to be songs they want (based on the interview they gave) and also that the MVs are better. Bodes well for what we'll see with Kyu, but then again, I worry that it'll be full of dull ballads OTL.

This is just a rehash probably, but I've always been one who tried to not pay attention to any of those solo rumours, but after thinking about it I do think that the Kyu solo rumours were true and there were plans for Kyu to have an album this year. We have him saying that he's collecting songs. Wook saying 2014 is Kyu's year. And remember when Wook said something to the effect that if there was a solo it would be Kyu first who would pave the way and then maybe he can try? Also, that thing about Yurima writing him a song. And what else? However, I think it has since been postponed until....? Maybe later this year or the beginning of next year. Those are my thoughts on it.

I do think that he formed a part of who he is today, such as how open and welcoming he is to new members like Henmi from the start and how he approached Victoria and befriended her. He knew how it felt like to be out of place and unwanted.

Check out some of my faves Gangster Moderne and Mic Machette (this one is more angry sounding heeh). BTW, I just listened to Damage. Nice!! I like!!

Wow that's quote the long route you took. XD I notice that 7 people so far came from the Mr. Simple era. I don't know why I find it fascinating, but I guess for me Mr. Simple is SJ's worse title track hahahaha. But 2 people so far became a Kyu fan due to his IS2 performances. Very good! For me, I put that I am a shipper, Kyu everyone shipper, but I mean that to mean I like his interactions with everyone, not necessarily romantic ones. So I guess how we vote depends on what we mean by 'ship'.
