What I find amusing are people here who act like they have such superior taste in music but then would name their western bias as someone like Avril Lavigne for example. Are you sure you have room to act all superior? LOL No one should be acting all high and mighty cuz frankly none of the music acts I've seen is that superior to another, though there are awful songs. Some groups that get bashed have members that are more talented than in other groups or are more talented over all, but hey people are lemmings. I would also say those digital chart toppers...woah, South Korean sometimes like really terrible songs. Then fans eat that shit up and act like a digital chart topper means quality music.

Having thought about it some more it is an interesting objection this. Let's look at a few situations and consider how it is either the same or different. The Olson twins. As kids, they had a billion dollar empire because they were selling everything with their names on it, clothes, books, etc. Fans bought them all, as their success shows. Now they have turned that success into a fashion label. Celebrities using their fame to make money by shilling random products. Such as Brad Pitt using his status and being paid for advertising softbank cell phones. The SJ boys tweeting random products and being paid to do so. Are those different from what we are talking about here? In all these cases, they are using their name and their fame for selling products. In fact, we applaud when they get new CFs. How is it different if the businesses they are promoting are their own? It is rather interesting.

I don't have any issues at all about using one's fame to open up other avenues of business. It's a good business move and one done all the time. Like stars with their fashion empires or restaurants and other things. If I had a problem with this, then I should have a problem with all cases in which stars tries to open up other business ventures. Also, I don't see how it makes it better if the business is not promoted well. Such as how is Heestory better because it's more "low key" or whatever. It's entire business is using Heechul's fame. Also, is it better if it involves non-fans? I am not so sure about that. How much did Donghae promote tacos on twitter once he started his business? He surely didn't tweet about tacos before that. And it was done solely to garner business from fans. Is that ok? Not ok? Or what about part-time worker Hyuk at TLJ. That surely is all about getting fans in to buy stuff. There seems to be a line that people are drawing and it seems very arbitrary to me. Some don't want to use the names of SJ members at all but I personally have no issues with it and I don't see how it is different from other business ventures. Is it wrong for Cindy Crawford to use her fame as a model to sell a skincare line? I would agree though that some cases, pressuring fans to buy goods may take it over the line, as some of the posts mentioned.

I think the foreigners thing is just lost in translation lol. It's more like a hostel for tourists I imagine. I don't think they will refuse people from Korea who wants to say there.

Was there a reason the person provided? I'm curious what the person or other people say. I think we can see his personality by the things we know he does when he's not on screen. For example, he says I love you to his parents and kiss them on the cheeks, he has close friends from school, gamer friends, idols, women friends and that interview from Kyungjong speaks about how caring he is. I really think he was brought up really right and in a loving household, which allowed him to have a stable personality. To me, he is a combo of mature and kid-like in that he likes having fun and joking around.

I haven't seen eitherof those movies. I dislike cheesy romantic stories normally so Kyu and I have complete opposite tastes that way. In fact, even though I like My Sassy Girl, I really dislike how she kept punching him so hard. >.< Damn abusive and I dunno how that's entertaining, cute or funny. Imagine if it was a boy punching a girl iin that movie, we'd be outraged.

So I'm waiting for my nails to dry and I have free time right now. I rewatched My Sassy Girl recently. Why do I think Kyu's I wanna meet a girl while on a subway is cuz of this movie? He does cheesy things from the movies (like when he met that hospital girl). You guys have seen this movie? The boy and girl first meet while on the subway and many things happen on the subway in this movie.

I think I might be the very person you guys are describing when it comes to my nieces and nephews hahahaa. I am not one to treat them excessively well in a way I admit. I mean really they don't remember and yea they are cute and stuff as babies, but I don't really buy them gifts and am really bad about remembering birthdays. To be honest my view is that the gifts are more for the parents than anything else when they are that young. I see my sister's house and its full of toys and I think it's excessive. No kid needs that many things. But that's just me I guess. I do have to say one thing though that despite me not being generous, they do love me a lot because I play with them and have a lot of fun with them. But they are of an age where they can appreciate something like that. So they love me best (I think haha) even if I forget their birthdays and don't buy them gifts.
