I've been a fan of this group and the whole project since it's inception, and I'm so glad to see that there are actually people out there who like them as well!
I gotta say, the amount of hatred and nastiness and flat-out racism that they've gotten for just... debuting as a K-Pop group in Korea, is ridiculous and pathetic. It really does feel like the people who HATE and BASH them so much (not the people who just dislike their music/style/etc.) are just searching for any possible reason they can to be as mean and nasty as possible.
It doesn't make any logical sense, it really doesn't. Disliking is one thing... but taking it to the extreme of hating, bashing, being racist, and relentless mockery? That's some pretty juvenile behavior right there. Especially considering that a lot of the assholes acting that way... didn't even do the most basic research on the group and what they're actually all about. Just running wild with assumptions.
One thing that I really don't get... is this outrage that they just showed up and called themselves 'K-Pop'. As though the title of being a 'K-Pop' group is something sacred and untouchable. This isn't the marines, for goodness sake. As if these guys aren't 'allowed' to move to Korea and debut. Like doing THAT is somehow sacred and off-limits unless you do a very specific list of things beforehand.
It's just really silly and unnecessary. I swear, a lot of K-Pop fans have REALLY shown their asses and shown themselves to be absolutely vile, nasty human beings... over something that isn't even that big of a deal, when you get down to it. The outrage isn't anywhere near proportional to the thing that's causing said outrage.
But yeah, I definitely support them and can't wait to see what else they're gonna do~
