i notice youre not in timeline mode? its the three bar button just left of "forever"what id do is make my gif in a seperate document, making sure its circular, then making that gif a smart object by first converting the frame animation into a timeline then converting the layers to smart filters. then in the document with the about me picture, id make that pic a smart object too the same way. last copy the gif layer into the document of the still image. you should have two layers and it should be in timeline. then you can easily adjust move or resize the circular gif to your liking. then make sure to line up the length of the pic to the length of the gif (in the timeline bar) and you should be golden if that didnt make sense or you have questions or need help you can always PM me, id gladly give a tutorial :3

late but is this what u mean? some gifs i did: if it is then the trick is using a .ts video file! when i learned about this i SNAPPED like man FOH with thesr youtube 480pp fancam-esque live videos! using that shite quality ull just be slaving away on photoshop making trash out of trash. the goodies are at websites like kpopexciting, just find the date of the perf u want and the stage and do ur thing! hope that helps
