I mean, it's not like the English name has to completely match the Korean pronunciation. The Korean pronunciation is definitely different but I assume they intended it to be pronounced Cho-erry. Kimlip was also a name that didn't transfer between the two languages very well. If you're going by the Korean pronunciation though, it's definitely closer to Chae-lee. edit: Also possible that BBC is romanizing 최 as "Choe" and 리 as "rry"
