So that's the last JS episode. Yesterday's seemed a lot more "final" to me lol. I'm glad we finally got a look at the rain scenes though. I honestly would have never guessed they were filmed outdoors, it's actually pretty interesting because it definitely looks more like something that was filmed indoors in the MV.

I mean, yeah, but it's part of the dance routine. Seems like there's something similar in a lot of other choreographies. I guess I'm just trying to say that it's really not anything that's pushing the limits in that regard, as if BBC was trying to go out of their way to sexualize her. There's probably an element of sensuality to it but I wouldn't say it's anything too extreme. Regardless, I think whatever path BBC choose to take with this next MV, there will still be people up in arms about something.

Also a side note: I'm really not sure how anyone could think that KL/JS were being sexualized in their videos without really reaching. There was really nothing explicitly sexual about either, nor was there really anything even implicitly sexual. Just seemed like two girls dancing to me. No suggestive imagery or anything like that. So I think that making the assumption that this video would be any different than the last two in that respect because of the thumbnail is a bit of an overreaction. Really can't see BBC breaking the mold now and going for something more suggestive, especially since she's the youngest of the trio.

Yeah, if this is really what they're asking of BBC, most of it seems a bit unreasonable. Obviously, I get the thing about the meme event, but I feel like the rest just kind of came out of nowhere? Like I really haven't seen many actual complaints about the view goals. I think the part about the girls getting an even amount of content might have to do with some of the girls getting the "Real Live" videos and whatnot while others didn't, at least that's some of what I've seen from k-fans. One of NeverBetter's tweets was talking about other fans modifying the letter to address their own concerns, so it's important to note that this isn't necessarily indicative of the sentiments of k-fans collectively.

Oh, I don't expect a whole lot to change hahaha... I just hope things don't get worse.

It's also nice to see them actually writing to BBC to address these issues. I hope Blockberry at least acknowledges these letters.
