She has also constantly used that term for Minzy whenever she shares a photo with her, even before Minzy did the surgery so I don't understand why ppl grate her mum so much for apppparently calling her daughter ugly. I kinda just want Minzy to stay in LA all the way till her new school semester starts tbh. immersing herself in this kind of dance community will benefit her so why not. Do you guys ever feel that people/Blackjacks put Minzy on a crazy high pedestal? It's like she has to do soo much just to get their full attention and acknowledgement, yet these same people praises and spazzes to the max when their biases or others do the same things Minzy does, if not much lesser. Personally, yes I also do have high expectations for Minzy, but I don't brush aside her efforts at reaching for higher nor do I only criticize and pick on the lil things, like what I see some people doing. It's kinda frustrating to see sometimes, but I will try to look at it in a positive way.. That people know Minzy has bigger potential than what she is showing now thus why criticisms come in easily at this stage. I hope Minzy, if she ever comes across these kinds of comments or experiences it herself face to face, takes it all on with stride.

Yeah I've always gotten the impression she's someone who might love being overloaded or be pushed to her limits. Even when she made that comment to Dony, the tone sounded so bright and happy. Other times also, like when she said "so busy so busy!" in 2ne1tv on the day she took a photo with the guys at Inkigayo for the Halloween dance, she sounded happy to be busy lol. Not forgetting how she happily shows off her bruises from concerts and yet still wanting to go on crazily. That's why I don't get those people who think she's lazy. But whatever. And ooh are you referringto contemporary dancing? I'd love to see her take it on! She apparently once said she'd like to become a contemporary choreographer/dancer but I think she said that when she was young. Idk if she still has that in mind lol. As for ballet, well, she did take up classes for it before but the only outcome we saw from that was the adidas cf game thing. You can really tell she's been having a good time lately. My baby!!!! I am so ecstatic to see & know about her attending all these classes and getting the chance to sharpen up her skills and widen her knowledge! Immersing herself in the dance community and just being all dance-focused again. You can tell she's been enjoying it so far too. I don't know if this is all leading up to something or not, but putting that all aside, just seeing her getting to work on what she loves most makes me so happy. Agree. Who knows it might have been a birthday present from YG too, allow her to go for dance classes in the US. It's a 50/50 chance I think that something is in the works. Perhaps I'll only fully believe it when I see some confirmed news from yg or teasers. But as someone pointed out, she seems so happy getting to attend these dance classes and I'm glad she is. I love seeing her still expanding her knowledge and refining her skills.

If Minzy in LA means she's preparing herself for something, and which will mean she will get a solo this year, I wonder how YG is planning to introduce her to the public and to the market as a solo artist... Just wanna share the stuff that Minzy fans did for her birthday COMPLETED PROJECT: GET YOUR “PAWS UP FOR MINZY†For the past one month, GLOBALMINZY & EROMAKNAE have been coming together to organize a birthday support for Minzy. This year for Minzy’s 22nd birthday, instead of the usual gifts-giving, we were raising donations for a dog shelter – Busan Abandoned Pet Sanctuary (BAPS) – who are a privately run independent dog sanctuary that has been providing a home for abandoned dogs in South Korea since 2008. As explained much further in detail in the project post on GlobalMinzy’s website, all of the donations made goes towards helping to save these abandoned dogs from being euthanized. Our targeted donation goal for this project was USD $500. However, thanks to all the generous Blackjacks out there, we managed to surpass our target goal, with a total of USD $583accumulated. And just earlier today on January 18, we have successfully sent the donations over to BAPS under Minzy’s name. BAPS are also officially acknowledging this project by naming one of the dogs that we have managed to help, after Minzy’s name. Everybody, meet Minzi! About 6-9 months old, Minzi is “cheerful & happy all the time!†– BAPS Founder Minzi just went home to a foster family today (January 18) so she will be in good care from now on. I think it might be only Minzy and her mum in LA, and perhaps a family friend? I might have spotted someone who looks familiar in the airport photo. Minyoung seems to be having concerts and schedules (in Busan) so I don't think she's there with them. I'm a bit late cause I've been out of country, but the Gayo Daejun was all sorts of amazing. I love the emotions rolling off from it. And Minzy, she was SO damn passionate singing I can't get over it. I especially liked the part where she sang after CL's rap. The power and strength rolling off her voice when she was singing it there, it gave me goosebumps. I did a Twitter search on Minzy's name, and I'm seeing so many people who are hoping she'd be involved also. It's very surprising to see for me cause I've never seen this much support for her before, and good god I really hope YG is seeing the responses... If she isn't in this project, then please at least, this time, SEE what fans are saying. And do something about it!
