  1. [+100, -102] Between all the crazy fans Shinhwa's, Big Bang's, and Block B's are the worst. Let's not stick up for criminals yeah?

Eeh?? Am i missed something ?

Andy (Shinhwa Maknae) has an illegal gambling scandal last year

Big Bang... only Taeyang and T.O.P are scandaless at this point, Daesung had the car accident, Seungri had the sex scandal and GD is living a western life in an eastern country and dating Kiko

Block b... Zico recently released that tough cookie mess etc.

Sometimes I worry, because I know it probably saddens him a little when he sees others doing what he used to be so good at, but I also know he's slowly finding success in being an idol (which is something he really wanted to do) so I just hope that GOT7 and Jackson slay 2015 and he never has any regrets! <3

  3. I feel nothing... I support f(x) no matter what *weeps* I'm sad but I'm not surprised. I want Sulli to get better, and if that means she takes a break then that's what has to happen. I feel sorry for f(4) but there's nothing I can do but keep supporting them.

Don't feed the trolls, ignore any threads that are just baiting f(ans) because it's not worth it. Ignore them like SM ignores our opinions :D

I thought butch was for white masculine lesbians and stud was for black masculine lesbians. At least that's what I've always seen it as and been told (I'm more femme/stem)

umm.. I don't think race has anything to do with it... The term may just be more prevalent in the black community, but it simply describes a female who dresses in "masculine" clothing :) I think stud is better than butch, because butch is frequently used in a derogatory way by those outside of the lesbian community and I try to avoid using possible slurs, it's a learning curve :)

  5. I'm the opposite, my type is butch(is that derogatory? I don't know anymore. What's the politically correct term for masculine women?). Like seriously, Amber is probably the second celebrity to make me question my sexuality I was attracted to her so bad. And then I started noticing that most girls that make me all hot and bothered are all like Amber in style(both celebrity and IRL). Although femmes like Natalie Dormer make me want to stab myself in the gut too.

If you're talking about a lesbian with a masculine aesthetic then I think stud is an acceptable term :)

Off topic: How do yall memorise f(x)'s lyrics as I'm assuming most of you don't speak Korean as a first language? Do you read the romanisation or just listen to the song on loop until you can sing it? I can't even read Korean romanisation, too many letters for my brain to catch up, especially with f(x) fast tempo, also I'm not too bright. :derp: I copy the romanised lyrics then edit them into something I can read, playing and pausing the song along the way(usually they end up looking more like Japanese romaji). This is frustrating sometimes because I need to replay a section of a song multiple times to catch what their saying.

    1. The best way is to learn the korean alphabet and rules because there are different pronunciations for the same character depending on its position

i.e. 바보 which is "fool" and something you will hear a lot in kpop hehe

So the romanisation of 바보 is babo however it's pronounced pabo because the ã…‚ character is p/b; a soft 'p' at the start and end of a word but a soft 'b' at the start of a syllable... Having basic knowledge in Hangul really helps when you read romanisation especially when it comes to vowels I.e. ì„¤ë¦¬ì˜ = seolliui = Sulli's and is pronounced su-lli-eyy

    2. Practice. Practice. Practice. Read along while the songs are playing, soon you'll be reading romanisation at lightening speed, and you'll be able to sing along to songs you've only heard a couple of times :D

I really struggled with romanisation when I first entered the kpop fandom so don't feel like you're the only one who can't, you'll be fine :D

  7. Did you guys know that the lyrics to Electric Shock are an acrostic poem for electric shock (전기 충격)? My simple mind is blown...

    ì „ ì „ ì „ë¥˜ë“¤ì´ ëª¸ì„ íƒ€ê³  í˜ëŸ¬ 다녀

    기 기 기절할 듯 아슬아슬 찌릿찌릿

    충 충 충분해 네 ì‚¬ëž‘ì´ ê³¼ë¶„í•´

    격 격 격하게 ë‚  ì•„ë¼ëŠ” ê±° 다 알아

I'm a language and literacy nerd so this makes me very happy haha
