    Yes!

Dang that's quite an achievement! I wish I could hear their encore more clearly but they were all crying 😅 but Liz was surprisingly good! Wonyoung also delivered her lines clearly, I was surprised. Yujin would have probably slayed too, but she was probably too emotional given the fact that she's the leader. I'm really proud of all of them.

They'll probably just get fillers or fat transfer to compensate for the lost fat. What I'm worried more for is all the guys and girls who had jaw shaves. Now that is probably going to have some health consequences.

Depends on how much buccal fat has been removed and how much you had it to begin with. If the surgeon has been conservative I doubt it'll look too bad. Also lots of people in their 40s still look quite youthful and don't really need any severe anti aging procedures such as a facial lift. If i were you I'd not worry about it too much and just wait and see and if it does need any intervention get some fat grafting later on.

thank you 😭 yeah i want to believe that the surgeon was conservative since he's known for being subtle, also cause the result wasn't really noticeable at the time until I lost weight (I was a bit chubby back then, and my face was almost completely round, but now I know I should have lost that extra weight first, but I was dumb). I'll still try to see him again cause it's not the first time I hear such things about buccal fat removal.

  3. istg everytime I enter to this thread y'all be scaring the shit out of me, guys please, be honest, will you really look that bad at your 40s once you did buccal fat removal? Like, is it a rule? I did buccal fat removal at age 22 and now I'm 27. I've always been insecure about my cheeks and the fact that people always mistake me for a 15 y/o (I know it sounds dumb, but I've reached a point where people look actually concerned when I tell them my actual age). I'm 27 yo and people still think I'm 15, but now I'm getting scared that I will look weird at my 40s.

Starship hasnt revealed the other girls heights, it was  friends that said their height. (But the others girls seem shorter that what has been said, there is a lot of difference between them and Wonyoung/Yujin to be so near in height).

there isn't that much difference tho (at least Rei and Liz do look around Wy/Yujin's height)

  6. ooh so apparently, Leeseo was an IZ*ONE's Yuri fan and bought a photocard from her friend in 5000 won lol. Cute! The video also explains the real meaning behind "Eleven". Apparently, in soccer, number 11 is usually the best player, and they called them "best eleven". The whole video is very interesting (turn the eng CC subs on)

Any discussion on IVE’s vocal lineup? From what I heard I think Liz, Yujin, and Leeseo are supposed to be main/lead vocalists. I didn’t hear anything too impressive in Eleven but I don’t know much about them.

wait till there's more content, I've read many times that Yujin is nasally, tense and airy, Leeseo also sounds nasally, but I think Liz has potential, I haven't really heard nasality or airiness from her, but it's too soon to judge. Eleven is not really a vocally challenging song, so let's wait, at least to hear them live.

  8. dang sorry I need to appreciate my girl Yujin again, her stage presence is so freaking strong it's crazy, I still remember how much hate she used to receive back in produce days for not having stage presence but look at her now! She makes me feel soo proud of her 🤧 I know she already showed her progress during IZ*ONE days (Sequence was THAT era), but now it feels like she finally reached her final form.

  9. yesss I loved it :rlytearpls: Liz vocals are soo stunning. And Wonyoung's vocals improved a lot, they don't sound child-like anymore. I really really liked the song. Omg, I'm so happy. The song is everything I expected.

I think this is an country thing. I don't know....maybe in America?

We don't really have the subculture thing in my country. We mostly divide people base on who likes who, not how you dress, etc. Because I do see multiple people with different hobbies, and atheistic hang out.

I'm from Mexico and that was definitely a thing here, and I'm sure in many other countries too since many subcultures originated in Europe.

  11. Do subcultures still exist? I mean, like emos, metalheads, goths, etc. Or are there new ones?

I feel like emos are almost non-existent nowadays, and most metalheads are now dudes in their 30s-60s.

I read somewhere that now subcultures are more defined by ideologies and social movements rather than music/fashion/hobbies. Which I thought was interesting. What do you think?
