I thought your username was No1 as number one, lol.

It’s dangerous in her case because she’s giving the impression of eating hearthy, normal, and even big meals on the daily, when that’s likely not the case, or she’s taking other measures to lose weight; so when her fans follow in her steps thinking it’ll yield the same results, and doesn’t happen, it can lead to some of them spiral into their own EDs, low self-esteem, depression, etc.
hmm okay, makes sense

No. A lot of peole, mostly one on the younger side, tend to copy whatever diet or exercise routines idols talk about or even endorse. Think eating whatever you want as long as it fits in a paper cup (AOA - I think), eating less than 500 calories (Ailee), one apple, one sweet potato and a shake (IU). And on the more extreme sides, eating only tofu (2AM's Changmin), or cucumbers (Sistar's Soyou), living off of coffee and a meal every other day (Exo's Xiumin), or just ice cubes when the hunger got too much like JYP forced Momo to do.
Fans see the results these "diets" yield, and the idols now look happy and energetic, so they must work, right? Of course they work, but it's their job to look happy whenever they're working. Fans are then fast to copy them because they want to look like that without taking into account their own physical structure, nor the strain on their physical and mental health.
They're also fast to then ignore when idols DO talk about the consequences these diets cause. Jimin went without eating for over a week, and when he did eat, it was onlly once a day so he would often collapse behind the scenes. IU suffered from fainting spells, and Momo was so afraid she'd die due to eating only frozen water, that she refused to sleep thinking she wouldn't wake up.
Leading fans to believe they're naturally skinny, can and are allowed to eat whatever they want, or that they eat consistently by showing two or three meal pics every once in a while is dangerous.
Sure, some idols are naturally very skinny, have fast metabolisms, and have a hard time gaining weight, but when they do, it's as obvious as when someone is starving themselves because their physique is consistent. Even then, thier diets are restrained by their management " just in case", and they suffer the consequences of over work and exercising, little sleep, and constant stress, which also affects their weight, so then the "natural" argument becomes moot.
.
Also, completely unrelated, but I realized we basically have the same username.
Not sure if I got your point, but wouldn't it be more dangerous if Yuna actually showed what she's eating? (in case she's starving herself?). The type of food and portions she's showing looks normal.

It’s so dangerous, because people who really DO eat like that will wonder why they don’t look the same
why dangerous tho? won't people just assume she has a fast metabolism?

Brave Girls did so well, I'm proud of stanning them
the arrangement of the song was really good, can't really decide who was the best, but for me is between Brave Girls and WJSN.

Yay finally watched both episodes, I think they all did good and I can't really rank them, I enjoyed watching them all. I heard some people say none was really incredibly impactful or memorable, and I kinda agree, but tbh none of the first stages of the first season of Queendom were memorable for me either, the best ones were the cover stages (especially AOA's Egotistic and OMG's Destiny), and few others towards the end, so I think it's kinda normal since they're performing a their own songs, and we have watched them perform them countless of times, I'm looking forward for their upcoming stages, I'm sure they will get better and more interesting!

thats clearly... two different things
i wash my teeth after i eat, i wash my teeth before going to sleep
i drink water before going to sleep, i drink water when i wake up
i dont have morning breath. thats it lol
id be more grossed out by eating food while still having the taste of toothpaste in my mouth than by eating breakfast without washing my teeth
even if you brush your teeth before going to bed, your mouth still accumulates bacteria, perhaps it would be better if you just ask your dentist

After...tf, y'all want your breakfast tasting like toothpaste? Just how long do you wait to eat breakfast after waking up
that's why is important to wake up early and to brush your teeth right after, you must wait at least 30 minutes, but I guess most people don't wait that long (I don't wait so long either, but I prefer my food tasting like toothpaste than eating with a morning breath).

"what's the point of taking a shower if you're gonna get sweaty and dirty anyways, or what's the point of washing your hands if they're gonna get dirty anyways" same logic lmao
didn't know there were so many people who lacked basic hygiene knowledge... wow
your mouth accumulates so much bacteria while you sleep which causes the morning breath, if you don't brush in the morning, the bacteria ends up mixing with your food, that's why (also to prevent cavities as someone already said). Almost every dentist recommend to brush your teeth before breakfast.

I'm not quite feeling Eunchae nor Garam, but I'll wait for their debut, I hope they blow us away with their talents. The rest of the girls slay, Yunjin was one of my picks in Pd48 so she's my bias, but I do think Chaewon stands out, she's indeed quite charismatic.

Omg I absolutley loved it, I liked the fact that it's sort of following the same line as Eleven, maybe I would have liked a bit of more punch in the chorus, but I still loved it. I can see why some people would find it underwhelming, but tbh the same was said about Eleven and it was still a hit. The bass is amazing and would recommend people to listen to it with headphones.
Yujin was so cool in that dance break.

I mean it mostly is a joke. People are poking fun at the coincidences that line up like phone cases and Instagram posts, and since they’re both in Queendom now it’s a humorous reminder.
oh lol, ofc, I thought Koreans were finally realizing that homosexual people exist.

I used to say that when I was like 12 y/o and a newbie to the Internet world, but I eventually stopped saying it, not sure when exactly lol.
