  1. My guess is on their anniversary. I'm crossing my fingers that it's gonna be on their anniversary. It makes sense not to do it just before Solar's concert since it distracts from the importance of the upcoming concert. but please, please, please let my guess be right because I can't handle it being any later and it makes for clever timing to announce it then.
  2. Click here to view the Tweet Rainbowmoomoos raised 6.2 million krw for this year's Seoul Queer Culture from 5/14-6/11 Last year, they raised 2.1 million krw. Click here to view the Tweet worthy of its own separate thread? Let me know, and i'll make it
  3. Click here to view the Tweet Click here to view the Tweet Click here to view the Tweet will be posting a separate articles on news and gossip section
  4. i have no doubt. but its a moment to celebrate. i shared on korean gossip and entertainment as well. EDIT: someone already did! lol. i'm waiting for my thread to be taken down
  5. woah....never thought netizenbuzz would post anything positive related to mamamoo. i was actually expecting to skip this entirely because i saw someone else say that even the nate article comments were positive. Hwasa/mamamoo power. https://netizenbuzz.blogspot.com/2018/06/whasa-charms-by-keeping-it-real-on-i.html?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter
  6. ^ We've always suspected. It's just sad to hear her validate it and confirm our suspicions. It's more real now. It's important to realize that she's open and talking about it instead of keeping it all in, and its great that she has such a solid support system in her parents, her members, and now hyoyeon. I think moonbyul speaking about her worries publicly was also an example for her to luck up to, in the sense that speaking about it is a good thing and helps her find what she's looking for (because there are others who will help/guide her through it) ------ On a lighter note The preview this tweet is referring to just came out a couple hours ago Click here to view the Tweet
  7. i meant to ask earlier, but can you point out which part specifically in finally? hwasa was featured in...whatever this is Click here to view the Tweet
  8. the new OP looks amazing . great job, as always
  9. THEY HEARD ME WHAT i swear hyejin is made of magic. it's so weird to witness when kpop fans spend so much time downplaying her achievements this tweet too Click here to view the Tweet
  10. wheein is such a pup Click here to view the Tweet I'm crying intensely
  11. i based my guess on this instagram post from bessie choreographer Click here to view the Tweet but now that you point that out, its not like bessie mentioned that she had a hand in easy's choreography. i agree about easy's choreo. it's really smooth, with a good emphasis on lines and smooth transitions, and nicely incorporated waacking. sincerely no offense to bessie crew since theyve done so much for mamamoo in practically all of mamamoo's title track choreos to date, but i'd like just jerk dance crew to help them out this time OH has gotten less user friendly since the announcement, and that's partially the reason why i'm less motivated to do things with this forum. and nothing in the tags to potentially piss me off and inspire me to post more it's a good thing in way, and i'm glad festival season is done so the volume of fansite photos/videos i'm constantly anticipating for will decrease. and woo!! hwasa in another variety show. it felt so surreal finding out about the news, i had a hard time processing. this reaction meme came out of it that i felt was very fitting Click here to view the Tweet
  12. is it known if the choreographer for wheein's easy is the same as for byul's selfish? EDIT: nevermind, that is the case. the selfish choreo is really dorky
  13. Click here to view the Tweet As good as an announcement as any. ------------ i'll take this time to apologize for my meltdown last week. fandom reaction was giving me a migraine and i let myself get caught up in all of it. and on a different, equally somber note:
  14. its been a year since hwasa went on masked singer, and this throwback tweet from two days ago caught attention Click here to view the Tweet
  15. Click here to view the Tweet ^ i think this photo was taken very recently. which means wheein is on vacation mode in japan Click here to view the Tweet Click here to view the Tweet
  16. I'm hoping, that if it is jujima filming, that it's at least minimally potential for future collab projects. or even better, a precursor to a new collab project. is it because you're not a "regular fancafe member?" they're just gauging demand, so if say it comes to 3786, they'll probably round up to the nearest hundreds or thousands and produce that much. So i think you'll be ok. Still, though, for your future ease of heart, try to at least have an account in the fancafe, if you dont have one already, for things like this (i think i've only ever made 4 posts and i was allowed to add my request). ---------------------------------- As for comeback date, Yong has mentioned in a festival that they'll be coming back "soon," but with the members being flustered since it's not actually "soon." I think if it was a late june comeback, RBW wouldve gotten in touch with newssites so they can make the announcement by now (eg Momoland already announced that they're coming back late June). So, i think it might be more likely early july. hopefully. i hope it's not much later than that so they can catch the "summer song" hype. --------- ...and. THAT PHOTOSHOOT IS NOT OK
  17. you're right honestly. which is why i mentioned i need to distance myself from this week, apart from the byul release. and, really i get that it takes time for things to stabilize and put themselves together when you have to fill a vacuum as big as what mamamootrans left but considering how many translation sources we have for even their fancafe posts or for live translations, i don't think its that far of a stretch to think that we do have some division in the fandom. and a lot of complaints. but thats not new. i dunno, maybe it's the same for all fandoms. and i did hear that its like this for the chinese fandom, and they collab whenever it's more than one member. . whatever. that's not even the main concern. i'd like to have the ability to see if things sort themselves out by the year end, and RBW proves the international fandom wrong in how seemingly neglectful they are to us. we're too emotionally invested right now and its not like we dont have good reason to be. EDIT: i'd like to add that it's not really a personal issue where i feel like we are second class fans (which, we kinda are anyway since their target market is sk), but more from the perspective that it's like they're deliberately limiting mamamoo's expansion outside of national interest and hindering themselves from financial growth,. we're always gonna be interested in them and always demand for goods by them. that's not gonna change whether bizent treats international fans poorly or not. but rbw doesn't seem to want to tap into that market. nothing this year so far suggests that. and i don't get it.
  18. i have conflicting feelings about how many subteams there are now. great that there are so many willing to fill the spot. but why are they not trying to form a unionized team so that they can work with better productivity and quality is beyond me. i'm already aware it wasnt the issue mamamootrans had to close, but where were these guys when they were asking for more translators? i'm....just...it boggles my mind how decentralized the fandom is. and sure, RBW isn't helping and twitter isn't the best place to band people together...for moos specifically and sometimes i feel like there's good reason, but...this is tiring. anyways. i need it to be next week so i can distance myself from this week's hoopla. some happy thing Click here to view the Tweet
  19. hey guys! Our Moonbyul killin it with the Selfish MV, bless. Song-wise, I do prefer In My Room more and slightly disappointed that the BGM in the daebakkie teaser wasn't utilized in either song. Otherwise, after a couple of listens, I'm happy with the outcome. I hope the song has some longevity in melon, and as always with mamamoo, i hope moonbyul is really proud with this project. this whole thing where we don't see threads related to mamamoo here is inconvenient. Nevertheless, I've made 2 in charts and sales, and i hope you enjoy this one that I made in Celebrity Photos at least and my prediction of how much rapping/singing byul does in 'in my room' and 'selfish' is wrong. it's kind of hard for me to pinpoint to be honest. she does a lot of melodic rapping. I would say she did more singing in In my room than selfish.
  20. no one's ever gonna know what really happened that something seemed sloppy about wheein's release compared to seeing moonbyul's now. Everyone in this thread is speculating. Your claim that "RBW is playing favorites" is speculating. I'll lay out the my arguments from my perspective because while I don't necessarily agree that something was off a couple of days before wheein's easy was released, I strongly disagree that RBW plays favourites, apart from the fact that they strongly favour Mamamoo over the rest of their active artists - Wheein did not attend their schedule the same day that everyone was expecting a teaser - on the day that it was announced she wasn't attending, they didn't release her teaser. NOTE: The fact that something may have happened based on the events that transpired is already within the realm of the possibility, but that doesn't make it true. - We used to not even get weekend teasers. Do you remember that? I certainly do. Starry night didn't get weekend teasers. Yes I Am didn't get weekend teasers. I kept my hopes low about getting a teaser this weekend, but moonbyul surprised us. In fact, Moonbyul's volume of teasers is an anomaly by mamamoo standards. - we've established that mamamoo gets a lot of autonomy and creative freedom in how they go about their projects. not including hyejin, all teasers by the mamamoo members for their individual projects coincide with this belief. most everything they do is voluntary. Yong continuing her grandma sunhae persona is voluntary. - up until last year, it would've been sooooo much easier to claim that moonbyul (and especially hwasa just before she got Hyena on the keyboard and knowing brothers) was being neglected. - wheein and yong got more projects in 2017. that's uncontested. - moonbyul got as much variety promo as wheein prior to their song release. that is, none (that we know of so far for byul anyways). in fact, their exposure through variety shows should have been switched to align with their project release. so. bottom line. i'm not gonna contribute to the speculation of whether something did happen or not. we're never gonna know. But i will argue against the favoritism claim. That's a bigger stretch than the former. as in, if i'm gonna drink that koolaid, i'm gonna need more evidence to substantiate it.
  21. lmao. this was also a thing (and still kinda is; 2/3 dropped i think) Click here to view the Tweet what's funny about it is that only the one that rose to #1 is actually relevant to hyejin. the other 2 are barely even about her; it's just that they used her as the thumbnail photo ---- i take it back. 2/3 is relevant to her. but how they cut clips (where to start and where to end) is kinda weird. like one of them starts with mostly hyejin talking, and then the rest is the intro of the "ajusshi"
  22. because i know this was what most people where kinda dying over some moonseul and i'll add the moonsun fight soon uggs quality (all i did was do a gfy convert)
