It's a variety show. They want to see those who can make the greatest improvements. Period. If it's solely about winning the rap battle. Minzy wins hands down. She could even sings and raps the whole song.. duh..

The four of them attended Minzy's showcase media conference. Photos can be found in IG. It looks like Jin Young had to do a live performance elsewhere and so was not able to attend. Not sure about Jin Kyung though.

I doubt they will have two songs though. Next episode which is episode 11, they then decide who would rap and their stage dresses. It just can't be right to debut on episode 12 and end everything...

I disagree that they are competitive and fighting for parts. Like the others have said, they do so for fun. The casts in this season are like besties poking fun at each other. They have the best rapport and chemistry and they help each other to shine in the program.

I doubt so actually. I personally think the change in concept was the main reason of a drop in rating. It was to fulfill dreams in Season 1 so everyone was keen to find out about the casts dreams. This season went straight to creating a girl group which kinda dampen the show creativity. Anyway I really like this season, more so than season 1. Just because of how the casts get along so well with each other. I also feel that the older casts are giving every opportunity to let Somi and Minzy shine. Immortal Songs is a great example.

She is a celebrity especially in Korea where visual is everything. I personally did feel she put on a fair bit of weight. Her tummy is showing, still cute and pretty though . But rather than starving herself, I feel she is better off doing some workouts though she may not have time to do them? Going on a diet might just be the easiest way to hopefully lose some weight.

I am always fascinated by Hong Jin Young charms. When she smiles, she looks cute. When she doesn't smile, she looks hot and sexy! How does she manage to pull off such charms?!

I think the editing for this episode was trying to accommodate the training for Immortal Songs. Otherwise I think the flow is acceptable. But given that they have indicated Unnies would only be 12 episodes, I am hoping they don't edit away too many scenes as a result of Immortal Songs. Given their ratings, I doubt the program will have more episodes unfortunately.

Unnies was aired on Friday while Immortal Songs was aired the next day. So I think it is reasonable for the PD to try to create the hype for Immortal Songs.
