Anyone can sound awkward or corny using "AAVE", not just nonblack people. It's just slang. I'm black and even I sound ridiculous using certain "AAVE". I'm not the only one either nor will I be the last. Also, even if it were another language(which is a ignorant argument people to try to make about this), there's nothing wrong with learning new languages. It's how people communicate and understand each other better cross-culturally.

Finally got a chance to listen to "You Know" and I'm honestly blown away by it. Yugyeom did a really amazing job. Everything from the overall production to the lyrics was executed really well. I also think his vocals have improved so much(although I already liked his vocals, he has a pretty unique sound).

Omg I didn't even think to check their igs. This whole thing was so messed up. I still can't believe the stuff people said on twitter, all that upset and calling people deaf and racist over nothing. Then the person who started the whole thing only hours beforehand said they felt like trolling people on twitter because they were bored or something. I'm sorry they had to experience something like this. I am glad however that the people around them have been looking out for them. Hopefully now things will settle and they haven't been deterred from their tour+debut.

Hi! I'm new to the thread~ :D Just wanted to say, I really love their sound in 365 fresh. The aesthetics and plot came together perfectly. I really wasn't expecting the the story to turn in the dark direction it did. Everything about the vid kept my interest honestly. The group dynamics(regarding their characters) in the mv was also engaging to watch. It gave me modern day Butch Cassidy and the Sundance kid vibes(a film about a trio of two guys and one girl who go committing train robberies and other crimes). The trio committing the crimes also have this certain chemistry with each other, like triple h's characters in the mv. I recommend watching it if you favor vintage films. The movie Savages is similar too, its an even closer modern update I think will remind people of the mv. Anyways, can't wait to see more from them as a group. As far as knowing the members, I am a casual fan of Hyuna and I only know of Pentagon but I haven't really gotten into them.

Which point in this vid was it said? O_o I honestly didn't hear it and I replayed the vid multiple times. I also played another fancam of this and still didn't hear it. When following along with the lyrics, it sounds like they skipped over the word.

I still can't get over how people in my community keep advocating for segregation. They just want to completely undo all the work our forefathers and other people forefathers from other communities have done in history. Have they not read a history book? Segregation helps no one. Period. It only allows for more ignorance, hate and racism to be fueled. Perfect utopias it does not make. Have they even looked at countries where there isn't much of a melting pot like America? They have their issues too. We're not perfect and neither are they.

Hi! I'm new to the thread, but been a fan of Day6 for a few months now. I don't know if I'll be participating much(since I don't think my opinions will be add much to discussions I guess) but I just wanted to say hi since I'm a frequent lurker of the thread. My favorite song of theirs is, "I Wait" and I bias Jae. There's still a lot I still don't know about the guys, and some songs I don't think I've heard yet so I'll just continuing reading the thread.

Their answers to the desert island question were so cute! J.seph starting to become my bias slowly but surely lol. I'm sad I missed the ama though. I had to take care of some leftover things from my family and I moving earlier this week. I wanted to participate(or at least watch their answers realtime since I couldn't think of any questions whn I first heard about it lol). Thank you for posting the highlights. I hope they do something like this again in the future. Also, I have a discussion question for anyone that wants to answer; If you could, would you change the order of the singles being released, Why or why not? Meaning, would you have released "Don't Recall" last, or "Rumor" first ect? Since the songs tell a certain story in the order they were released, do you think the story would be too different if the order was changed? For me personally I wouldn't change the order. Although I do wonder how different the fandom's growth(in comparison to today) would be if "Rumor" was released first for example. Perhaps people would've found the mv release just as mysterious as they did with the "Oh Nana" mv, or had more questions. Idk, just something I thought about.

Seonam Girls High School Detectives- 8/10 I really enjoyed the series, although some parts were frustrating to watch(plot wise/cultural wise I guess).

This youtuber makes songs into 3D and increases the Bass so it's like concert/stadium level audio(so headphones are recommended. Not sure how it sounds without). They made vids for all of Kard's songs already which I really love. I've been listening to them nonstop; Rumor Oh Nana Don't Recall

That would be so cool. I hope they do. We'd get to know the members a little more, and it could also keep fans busy with content while they're on tour.

Not sure if this will be an unpopular opinion or not, but; I kind of feel the opposite of Yugyeom on this subject. Performance wise, I favor 'Never Ever' a little more than 'Hard Carry'. So, vice-versa for me when comparing song-wise. It is interesting/appreciated to see the members insight this way though. I do agree on his opinion on 'Fly' however.

I really can't stand it when a random stranger who have just come into our lives keep claiming my siblings and I are spoiled. Or that we don't appreciate what our mom does/did for us. She put us through a lot over the years. Sure, we weren't perfect either, however it doesn't hold a candle to the stuff my mom has done, stood by and let happen, or said. So much stuff that could've been easily avoided or taken care of decades ago. The problem was always someone else's fault and not her. She'd play dumb and learned the hard way that wasn't doing her any favors. We all had to suffer the consequences of her horrible decisions/actions. Then be called 'disrespectful' or 'ungrateful' when we were rightfully standing up for ourselves. She's been trying to improve on her character I see, to make up for all that. Which is what everyone on the outside sees as us "being spoiled". But what bothers me even more is things she's telling strangers without asking us. Also, some things she still hasn't openly taken responsibility for. As if she's setting herself up to look like a victim 'just in case' yet again. I don't know sometimes. I can't wait to leave this neighborhood and house next week. So many bad memories as well as annoying people and garbage to leave behind for good.

Glad to see onehallyu back~ I really loved the Rumor mv. The cinematography was interestingly shot/put together. The contrasts, shadows ectr made the video standout. J.Seph starting the song took me by surprise and became one of my favorite parts. He has a really nice singing voice. I also wasn't expecting the song to be as mellow as it was. Not even sure how I'll rank their songs now... Maybe; 1. Don't Recall 2. Rumor/Oh Nana for me(at the moment). Although the more I listen to Rumor, the higher on my list it goes lol. Also, as someone posted in the previous pages, each song has their own unique flavor to it.

The beat for rumor sounds pretty cool~ It kind of sounds like a combination of the "Oh Nana" and "Don't Recall" beats a little bit(to me anyway). Not a bad thing at all, since the songs are connected. Now I'm wondering how the rest to their album will sound. Also, the LG thing is so awesome. I'm happy they've gotten an opportunity like that so early.

This site is not that bad as people exaggerate. I may not agree with everything, but at least we aren't sharing one thread to talk about kpop/jpop celebs like on another website I was on. While there, everyone had to agree with each other, or the popular opinion at the time. You couldn't correct lies or exaggerations unless you're ready to be accused being this or that. Everyone needed to be bitter about the same thing in that one thread and called it "keeping it real". Like yeah, sure you guys are. *eyeroll* You get instantly attacked for expressing a fave unpopular celeb or group someone in the thread didn't like for whatever reason. Everyone else in the thread gangs up on you or stay silent to the attacks or think its funny. Delusional minds would post fake news/tea about k-celebs translated from Korean forums and take it as truth which meant you had to as well. There was always a ridiculous narrative being started yet people went along with it. Too much middle school mean girl stuff from gravelly insecure grown adult women. They really thought of the thread as a "safe space", when it was a toxic echo chamber in reality. I'm glad I got out of there, I couldn't take it anymore. Yeah, there are some ridiculous fans on here, but at least you can put on them on ignore and carry on with the thread. You could also make a new one or do other things. Imagine needing to put 95% or more of people in one thread on ignore and/or having to move sites when those options don't exist. There's more room here and you're free to state other opinions(even see ones you don't like but that's life). You have more options. Use them. This site is definitely big enough.

-Bighit was wrong for not letting Tae attend his grandmother's funeral, and it's obviously something that will haunt him for the rest of his life. A life event like that trumps any schedule. I don't think he would voluntarily choose to miss saying goodbye to someone he was as close to over promoting. Fans would've understood, if that was the issue. -Bighit was also wrong for not letting Jin attend his graduation but allowing Jungkook to go to his(I know it's not Kookie's fault don't come after me). I'm glad he told us what happened behind the scenes. That's really messed up he was all set to go it, expecting his members to attend like for Kookie's graduation but then being shut down that he couldn't go at all. Like someone else mentioned on another forum, if Bighit can't make money from one of them bowing out of a schedule(like Jungkook having photo ops at his graduation) then they can't go. -I don't trust fans who cover up Bighit's snake ways. Those who do don't care about the boys as much as they say do. They are always the ones who say, "Bighit knows best.They're literally better than any company out there". Nope. -BTS seems to be overworked. Bighit needs to debut more groups and give BTS more breaks. -Members in Got7 getting hurt or sick one after the other is suspicious/messed up and I blame JYPE. Jackson just got back(when he should've rested longer than he did) now Youngjae is out hurt. That's extremely more worrisome than some fans are willing to admit to.

The choreo of "TT"(by TWICE) creeps me out/makes me cringe alot I don't like the song at all and was confused to see so many people call it a bop. I was disappointed when it released. I thought everyone's costume's were cute though, but that's it. Although not a very good song either, (but the concept of the vid was kinda cute) "Knock Knock" was slightly better than "TT".

Hello there~ New to the thread, but been a fan of Heize for almost a year now. No rush, but I'm excited to see what new music she releases next I really enjoyed 'Star' as a whole(the song+mv which was so beautiful) from a few months back. I also think the fashion shoots/spreads she's been doing recently are awesome as well. She looks gorgeous~ Those style really fit her.
