Yup, saw a knetz poll somewhere and the fav was To reach you and See you again. Never saw that coming...

daniel was promised to be the centre for debut song only, but his centre position was ambiguous. so his fans threatened to sue, he blew up so big, he become permanent centre. not sure about somi, but pretty sure her fans make fuss in the beginning over her screentime in crush mv.

 

tldr; whoever comes #1, their fans will become protective over the centre position due to the nature of this show

Yup they came for Minhyun because he was in the center at the start of energetic. Since then Daniel has had a lot more center part and Minhyun has taken a back seat.

People, especially here, are concerned about the ‘greediness’ while kfans are more concerned about the line distribution being unfair. Not particularly saying one member has more than other but in general being unfair.

I think it’s here that it’s being blown out of proportion. There were much bigger and messier scandals in the previous season.

Nako didn't seem bothered by it at all, I don't get why everyone is taking it so personally as if Yunjin did you dirty personally

 

You do know in position evaluation main vocal IS center. It is not like she is Main vocal AND center, it is the same.

Also, Yoonjin was LITERALLY asked to be center for High Tension. Being center for this performance aka main vocal is different than being center for the first evaluation because you get to showcase well vocals lol which is by the way her speciality. So any main vocal material is going to try to get center for this evaluation, like Na Goeun showed us.

 

Regarding the line distribution, you got it wrong. You are counting every single part she sang so we should do the same for everybody. Here:  

 

 

Yoonjin: 1 min 19 sec

Chaewon: 1 min 10 sec

Nako: 57 sec

Moe: 56 sec

Eri: 50 sec

 

You cant count ALL the times she sang including the choruses when they all sang together while only counting the solo lines for the rest   

 

Also, about the solo lines. For comparison:

Haeyoon: 56.9 sec

 

So no, Yoonjin did not sing more than Haeyoon. They sang almost the same.

I think the voting for concept evaluation closed. So they are going to start filming the dividing into teams part (aka the drama) and will start practicing the songs/choreo. Pretty immediately after the elimination, they will record the song with the final members and finalize the positions/dance.

Hmmm it is uncharacteristic for mnet to show the ‘Avengers’ team on the first episode. I think:

1. They wanted to push/maintain these girls rank by having a week of voting

(trying to avoid another Nako from happening ) or,

2. They aren’t really the ‘avengers’ and Mnet is saving the real gem for next week.

Tbh this episode was so much more interesting and fun to watch than the previous 5 episodes. Hopefully it keeps up.

Votes are not distributed in this round, voting is yes/no for each performer not pick the best out of each performance.

 

She has a good shot but Yunjin and Nako probably also have a strong shot at it next week based on spoilers. 

Oh, then how are they going to determine who gets the 100,000 more votes?

Just judging by this weeks performance, it is highly likely Haeyoon got the most audience votes for vocal position?

1. She killed her performance

2. She is in a team of lower ranked girls, meaning the audience voted mostly based on performance rather than bias

3. All other vocal teams have popular members mixed in so votes will be distributed

4. Mnet could be leading to her winning the challenge through the storyline she is getting so we can all say

If they do Into the new world, hopefully it’s the ballad version they performed during concerts. That would be a good version for vocals rather than dancing to it.

Hopefully they also include the Sarangae~ part.

It's just weird 'cause I don't recall seeing her ever mentioned as a vocal before and now suddenly everyone has her in that position lol. I really like her voice, her 'la vie en rose' cover was easily in my top 3 from all the intro videos.

Sure her vocal is still little rough around the edges but with more training she can definitely become atleast a good lead vocal.

I think one of the concept evaluation songs will be from Pledis, possibly 'I Am'? It pretty much feels like a Pristin song and even sounds like them singing the demo. Probably composed by Woozi.

lol it's probably coming next episode. My prediction is they are going to focus on her performance and backstory among her team. I think this is how it will go:

She does well during the vocal training part/gets praised by the trainers. But she struggles with the dance, seriously lacks behind. BYJ tells her a thing or two, she cries, sad Nayana music plays, Mnet flashbacks her dream of being successful in AKB. 

Cut to the performance, she is shown killing it with good reactions from the trainers, audience and other trainees. Gets the highest score in her team, hence cries (that scene in the Next week preview)---> more popularity rise?
