Yep. Like look, I really love Peter Pan and their various teaser songs, they're adorable and sweet and super fun. But EXO just grew the fuck up with this album, and not in like a ~let's now become super sexy or super hard or super dope~ way, but musically. EXO are actually fucking evolving as a MUSIC GROUP. That is so fucking rare in kpop IMO (f(x) has done it better than anyone tbh) and FUCK I AM HERE FOR IT!!!

I'm sorry people can't accept EXO breaking from the "kpop boy group" music mold and actually making music driven by a clear artistic and sonic vision. These songs are produced to perfection, this album elevates them IMO, plus..... THESE ARE BOPS!!!!!! LIKE. They're not ~hook songs~ but they're FIRE

From what I've heard so far.... this is 100% (LIKE NO FUCKING COMPETITION) their most cohesive album EVERRRRRRRR I've been waiting forever for them to do an album with a singular vision like most western artists, I like diversity, but tbh EXO has quite specific musical / vocal strengths, so what no fucking play to them??? It sounds fucking impeccably produced, the songs are SO RIGHT NOW, they sound SO FUCKING CURRENT, and honestly no other boy group in kpop is doing this kind of music I literally couldn't be more fucking proud that SM has this much confidence in EXO's music~
