Tokens are traded for purchasable items. You can buy or sell your tokens as well, just head over to the Black Market. If items are out of stock in the marketplace, then you have to wait for a restock of said item. All info on tokens are in this thread, it provides you with a lot more detailed information. If you wish to have a custom award, you may purchase that in the marketplace and then fill out the form and make the request. I'm here should you still need someone. Just sell it back to the marketplace. It is limited, there were only 25 of them, I don't think there will be any available in the near future. It's not badge season yet (and I'm not entirely sure when it'll happen again), it'll be announced when the time comes.
