Thru these kind of comments, they're like deliberately erasing the history of K-Pop and changing it the way they want it to be. To me, it seems like they've been really acting supreme over other industry with idols just because K-Pop has achieved massive global success over the years. Without J-Pop (and American music), who knows how K-Pop sounds today. This erasure over J-Pop's influence to K-Pop should not be permitted.

What I actually meant by "unnatural by your standards" is "unnaturally included as beautiful in Japan's standards, even though it's against yours (Korean's)" Re your 2nd comment, I don't think it really matters to him what his hairstyle is, except if it meant he's sporting it for a character in a drama/movie. I remember reading a tweet this month or last January that to him, acting starts with hair. And it makes sense. He really had soooooo many hairstyles over the years. I remember his Dele hairstyle 'cause I hated it. Lol But there was no need for me to bash him though just because of that. Also, I remember a photoshoot of his with Nana wherein I could literally his pores. You probably won't see that in Korean magazines. They're gonna edit it out to the point that is becomes unnatural for a human. It's annoying.

Suda Masaki out acts a lot of his same age Korean actors so all those comments about his acting are just plain stupid. And about his looks? He's like one of the prettiest actors of his generation. Just because you find his face unnatural by your standards, doesn't give you the right to belittle Japan's. That's just ew.

Everytime I see Sullyoon, I think of Sana. Girl really got some resemblance to my main bias. I didn't like her walk tho.

Alcohol Free is consistently fun but not outstanding. Scientist's chorus was a disappointment. Mina's amazing low voice at the start couldn't save it. Kura Kura's chorus is amazing. That whole run is chef's kiss. Perfect World's MV is the best. That Jihyo scene was so unexpected and powerful. Doughnut is just not my cup of tea. The Feels is the best overall. It got me hooked on first listen and still got me singing even now.

I'm so glad he's out of JYPE. Good riddance.

I actually think it's possible for companies such as JYPE and Hybe to give in to Dispatch due to their artists dating BUT it's only applicable to certain idols. I'm pretty sure it'll be a massive news in the K-ent world if stan attractors such as Jungkook, Jimin, Nayeon, and Sana are dating, much more if they're dating each other. These four are so popular in S.Kor, people there might consider it a proper "scandal".

From all the comments I've read on r/kpop, Boa is someone who is very particular in her work and would even speak her mind when she finds something lacking or not on her/the standards. So, I guess my question is, what happened? Didn't she find anything wrong with the song? (Sorry if I'm putting weight on her but per said observation, that's her personality.) Or was SM really adamant on this Ryan guy to allow the release of a song with such problematic lyrics? After all the controversy last year? Also, (I don't want to sound sexist but if I do, then it is what it is) it was so easy to guess that the lyrics were written by a man.

Miley still delivers amazing performances and in different genres. Her vocals, charisma, and ability to command the stage alone could not be replicated by any K-Pop idol. The lack/non-showing of the ability to sing live and give an absolute outstanding performance without needing the lip syncing/voice editing during "live shows" is actually the biggest reason why as much as I love and even kinda stan K-Pop idols, I know my favorite artist could never come from K-Pop. Korean pop stars just don't give me enough ooomph and lack the qualities I look for in a star.
