  1. Honestly I agree with "when in Rome, do as the Romans do". Like its not that hard to respect culture of country in which you decided to work.
  2. Finally. Could have go with different outfit set. But still like it.
  3. Well I'm asking this myself when I listen to most of 3rd and 4th gen groups, even those who are super popular, but yeah, some people do enjoy it. I personally love the song. It's full of energy in my opinion.
  4. Love it already. And tbh I think people will learn to appreciate the song when they will start to perform it regularly.
  5. I think people will get used to the name the more they will hear it. Good luck to the girls on their debut. Can't wait to see where they are heading musically.
  6. I wonder why this even got translated. The hate boner towards Kep1er is really ridiculous. Haven't seen people put that much energy into group they dislike for years. And with Bahiyyih it smells like bullying at this point. She suits blonde hair, she looks pretty, she got into the group cause her fans voted. Get over it, people.
  7. Honestly I don't know where are you coming from because as someone who is following the group and even interacting with the fandom on many platforms I never heard anyone attacking former contestants. I saw more people from the outside attacking current members because their faves didn't get in (but it happened with every Produce group as well, right, that's the typical mess for every survival show). I admit I don't go to twitter which is mess overall for literally every fandom. Neither I saw fans starting wars with established fandoms. Can you bring examples? What fandom got offended by Kep1er fans. Honestly Kep1er is like the most hated group on OH and all other pages since before the moment members were announced. Everything they do gets ridiculed or criticised. And your comment came out as just another hate towards them based on nothing but maybe few irrelevant tweets which can be found among literally every fandom.
  8. I would say noone brought race into the discussion there though. Korea is pretty homogeneous country. The contestant list was full Korean last time I checked (found the show boring and stupid so I dropped it). They were comparing preferences among Korean women on Korean show. Like ... some likes them stick skinny, some prefer toned bodies, some likes them "juicy" (quote, not from my head). Someone prefer brown eyes, someone likes it blue... I see it more as sexism/lookism to judge simply based on physical traits rather then racism since they actually are picking among people of one race and nationality. Or maybe it could be labeled as bodyshaming. So tanning among white population isn't that off as comparision. If you have two white girls and someone equally white says he likes the tanned one because it's sexy, or that pale skinned one look sick, noone cares. It is similar to how Koreans pick the light skinned between two Korean girls because they think whatever they think. I bet even brown or black people have their own standarts if picking their ideal types among themseves and it would be weird if Asian or white girl got offended by it. The issue raises if someone outed black girl because of her skin and call her unattractive based on her race. Which kinda didn't happen on the show since there were only Koreans. Btw tanning is generally accepted and seen as a good thing and those who are pale with no tan get ridiculed among white population in many countries around the world. I wouldn't call it discrimination at all though. We still get same chances as others even though there are moments when people pick girls for the job based on their visual etc (which is kinda more about the sexism or lookism rather then colorism and if someone pick the "sexy girl" during interview just for her sexy looks, you wouldn't want to work there because it smells like sexual harassment incoming). I would compare this more to overweight girls being told to stop eating or skinny girls being constantly asked if they are anorectic. Like... Some people are just the way they are. And yeah... Being constantly asked if you are sick or have issues or forced to tan even though you simply cannot because you get burned in like first 5 minutes on the sun... It can hurt your confidence a lot. Which doesn't mean we have it as bad as darker skinned people who are discriminated... It just means it hurts. And tbh we all know that there are people who has it worse somewhere around the world but it doesn't belittle our own struggles. Its like the logic saying that rich people (for example idols) should never talk about their struggles and issues and be happy 24/7 just because they are rich and people who dies because of hunger exist. Sorry for essay Hopefully it makes sense. My English sucks.
  9. Well ... If you find it overpriced, just don't buy it. Simple like that. If noone buys, company will change pricing. But since its supposedly sold out, they have no reason to make it cheaper. Also it doesn't even look that good. But that's just my opinion.
  10. This is actually really sad. Her parents took big chunk of her youth and her life with their irresponsibility. Noone is going to give it back to her. The older she will get, the harder it will be.
  11. Isn't it kinda normal for rookie to be overshadowed by seniors in every workspace even outside of ent industry? Seriously there would be something wrong if seasoned performees like Boa, Taeyeon, Hyoyeon etc showed lesser charisma in comparision with her. Sometimes it feels like Winter gets criticised for literally everything.
  12. I get that. But its seriously irrelevant since it won't be used by the group. Group's colors are still lavender and white Still the colors are different.
  13. Aren't we over fights for colors for several years now? Or are Starship fans really that obsessed with Kep1er? Isn't it a bit sad? Btw Kep1er's official colors are lavender + white
  14. Just another random thought about the whole center thingy among fellow Kep1ians After watching several videos and read several comments complaining about Xiaoting being n.9 and yet getting center position and most lines in Wa Da Da... Yeah, she stands out most of the time, but in reality she got only few more lines then Bahi and even sounds like "Muah" were counted. I guess it's because her Korean sucks. About center time, she is somewhere in the middle among members. And even then people counted her as center in moment when she was in the middle yet focus was completely out of her or even in moments when she was changing from front side to very back. Like... This is something you can solve only with putting bag on her head and push her out from the front row completely. And even then it feels like people will try to push the too much screentine for her. It feels like people are way too focused on her. Am I the only one who actually really liked and enjoyed Chaehyun as center? Her lines were one of my most favourite in the whole song and she totally rocked the concept and the performance.
  15. The hate waggon towards everything Kep1er related here is kinda ridiculous.
  16. I love how the performance highlight totally different members then Wa Da Da tbh.
  17. I'm good with being alien. I feel alien-like among kpop community for several years now.
  18. The song is much netter then I expected. I live how they went for the cheerleading sound (don't know how to describe it better) tbh. Already breaking records of album sales. Yeah. People who called flop were wrong again.
  19. Yep. It's dead. Even major group content get no comments nowadays. But tbh maybe its just because kpop as whole is hitting another peak popularity wise, but the quality of content isn't what it used to be. Everyone is playing way too safe to keep people interested while fans cancel each other even in real life for opinion so most people are kinda tired of even voicing it or engaging in conversations.
  20. She isn't bad, she is actually quite good. Especially among idols. But compared to professional dancers you could still feel the gap. Especially in dances which weren't reharsed like milion times before. Still better then some other idols who are pushed as the best female dancers lately.
