It's true that there is literally no chemistry in the picture. They either picked actors who simply has no skill to make it work (the prince here looks drunk indeed) or picked worse possible picture. Sometimes I think they are trying to go for noisy marketing on purpose just to make people expect the worst and come back pleasantly surprised even though the team made minimal effort.

Btw even white high fashion models aren't usually what people commonly see as ideal looks. Like... They don't look like your typical high school queen / idol. High fashion labels usually look for distinctive features

And how tf is baby going to stop people from having fun there? Seriously even if it screamed the whole time... It's not like he was going to classical music concert or opera or something where everyone has to keep quiet. Everyone is loud on these events. I think I would ask his mom to babysit because her son broke promise because he wanted to drool over 15yo kids shaking their butts.
