Naeun was the visual so even if she was considered the prettiest member in the group she also had the most pressure on herself to always look good. By 2013 she had already had a nose job so it should not come as a shock that she had a revision or got further surgery done later. I thought Apink had normal looks for a kpop girl group but even the groups and idols that are considered the prettiest and most popular get surgery. The only top girl group I can think of with very little surgery is KARA and maybe Sistar.
