I was looking at one of those "nugu/underrated groups who deserve more attention" lists and... I just realized I used to see NU'EST there all the time, but now I don't. I won't see them there anymore. That's actually still weird to me. I wonder if I'll ever get used to such a crazy turn of events in such a short period of time. I feel so proud and happy for them

I knew they were gonna perform the song first on the fanmeet, but I wasn't expecting the comeback to follow so fast, where tf is my money

The digital sales of aju nice were not high enough to beat navillera and because it was a repackage it sold far less than love and letter i think for the entirety of 2016 the repackage only sold 90000 copies or around that much. Love and letter the first album sold about 190,000 copies that year. So that's why they didn't win with aju nice. But they did sell about 300,000 digitally for aju nice.

 

Oh and I really liked Boom boom. It was my jam. And plus it brought us this.

Wasnt there also a problem with physical sales during the repack's first week? I remember it sold around 20k only when it shouldn't be that low to begin with.

 

I was abt to say Jeonghan looked amazing in Boom Boom era, but honestly he looks amazing in all eras still some of my fave stage outfits too. Bless Boom Boom era

btw (lol i quoted so many people) this year's fashion seems to be old school russian dubstep (lmao) from Chungha to Heroine to Bboom Bboom. And its a category can easily be mixed with funk and punk, both. I believe it will be funk more like mix of Aju nice and Boom Boom.

Aju nice was one of their best title tracks when it came to digital performance and it belonged to a repackage album. Boom boom on the other hand had the weakest digital sales but the album sold the best for seventeen in 2016; if love and letter and aju nice are not combined then their sales are lower than going seventeen.

But right now clap is the weakest. It's digital performance was lower than boom boom. But the album sales for teen,age was the best from all their physical releases so far.

Well, maybe I got that impression because it was the only era where they didn't win. It didn't help that seniors came back at the same time with great songs (WG with Why So Lonely, B2ST with Ribbon), so there's that.

 

Boom Boom wasn't their best comeback digitally, indeed. They were really experimenting with the transitions on that era (and while I'm on the unpopular opinion side of the fandom that loved Boom Boom, I know it was the weakest track of the certified masterpiece that is Going Seventeen). Clap is doing ok though. It definitely did better digitally than I expected, considering everything (it isn't really a public-friendly song. Seems more cattered to fans than anything).

I don't think so. They seem to prefer their funky style a lot more. They mentioned that they wanted to make a song like Aju Nice again w/ Clap (they ended up w/ something more like Boom Boom though, lol). Even if, sales/chart-wise, Aju Nice was the weakest title track for them, it did get public's attention and the fun choreo and energy were very Seventeen-like. Imo, it's what they're most comfortable with.

 

Tbh they would never make another DWC, as carats you should already know they like their funk alot more than their edm. Expect funk or any related thing to that, not an edm ew

Yes you can! If you have an award of Hyomin and you want to replace it with a Qri award you should fill out a "swap" form and post it in this thread. This means that you will not have the Hyomin award at all. If you simply want to swap the display of your badges, you need to state your new badge arrangement instead.

Oh no, I read that. I mean like, when people go there and ask for all of their badges to be removed (so it displays nothing), what happens if this person wants to request badges again after asking for them to be removed?

Just a question though, In the bible Adam and Eve ate the apple and became shameful of being naked. What would be the similarity towards Loona. We know they were kicked out of Eden for eating the apple, but what were the effects on them that were different than when they previously ate the apple?

The fruit they ate was a fruit of knowledge, which made them be aware of the good and evil, and be able to tell those apart. They were innocent and not aware of things like shame, social standards and duties etc. They were only conscious when they ate and understood that being naked was something embarrassing.

 

They were kicked out of Eden in order to not eat of the Tree of Life, which provides eternal life. They were supposed to live forever, but since they disobeyed, they were not allowed anymore.

 

And after they left, God put angels (I'm sure there's another name, but I can't translate it to english rn) in order for them to not be allowed to come back.

 

How it ties with LOONA depends on how deep BBC went on this concept. Yves wasn't deceived, they said she bit the apple on purpose to be kicked out. Chuu... followed her? Wanted to be like her. So far, Gowon seems to have 2 sides of herself (like Haseul...?), maybe from before when she was innocent and "pure" vs when she broke the rules and disobeyed.
