I agree, I feel like giving the big awards to any idol groups (save for maybe Twice) would be a little fishy bc this year was truly dominated by solo artists.

ah i see it makes sense now~ we've been doing great digitally this year (especially Queen KKB who made a comeback as #1 on Soba today omghs), so i'm not feeling too disappointed as it just shows that our fandom is growing and EXO's popularity is not declining we'll just have to continue to work very hard on streaming + downloads (for those who can afford it) and voting (which is only open to K-EXO-Ls if i'm correct) i just hope SM makes EXO's comeback for next year earlier - CMB in March was a good comeback date, and also gives us more time and preorder time to prepare for the repack (separate it main + repack so that they are eligible for different quarters for Gaon maybe)

what is everyone's predictions for MMA? i only recently found out that it was 70% based on digital sales which surprised me, bc how did we or the other group win daesangs last year when there are many other non-idol singers who are huge w their digitals? someone please help me understand haha

How are GDA and SMA daesangs decided? For album sales, do they count all versions (Kor. + Chi.) of The War + Repack?
