What is the source of your confidence? Quoted part of Chrome help doesn`t say about cookies. Browsing history and search history - most certainly. Cookies is the way for a site to save its own data - not data about other sites. There is the way to test it. Open some site where you have account in Incognito tab. Log in with that account. Close tab. Open Incognito tab and go to that site. If your state will be as 'logged in' then cookies were saved and survived closing and opening the tab.

According to this Youtube still capable to track visits if it either uses your IP address or uses cookies to save your visit history. I don`t know whether it does that though. Guys you can test incognito tab not with refresh add-on but with manual cycle - open incognito tab, open MV, view MV, close incognito tab, repeat. Idea - is to test whether cookies from YT removed when you close incognito tab. If cookies are removed then it is possible that YT can`t recognise at each new incognito tab MV view. As for IP address Opera (which based on the same browser engine as Crome) has option 'VPN' which hides your IP address. There are VPN extensions for Chrome. You can add such VPN 'protection' to incognito tab. But IP address has to be new for each view, so if such VPN extension has no option for a random IP address then it becomes too complicated - to do all the changes manually. Ideal solution would be like this: 1. Open internet connection with random IP address. 2. Open Youtube page with MV. 3. Wait for a MV span. 4. Close Youtube page. 5.Clear all cookies. 6. Close internet connection. 7. Repeat from step 1. Further research is needed. Sorry for boring technical post, guys. It was the stream of thoughts. Dear Queen`s, let me take care of you. I don`t want you to be hurt participating in flame. Ofc not all flame can be avoided like when person makes conclusion/assumption based on distorted/incomplete/fake facts. But sometimes flame starts due to argument about opinion based on personal taste. Little dive into neurobiology. Personal taste is result of coherent work of several zones in our brain (with different functions/responsibilities). Each zone consists of neurons linked into groups, and each zone is linked to other zones. Configuration of all those links is a living thing and it will be changed for a whole life. Namely this configuration defines our reaction to music, text, video, etc - personal taste. We can`t realize and feel this work of our brain, we just know the result - positive, negative or neutral response. So when person states that he dislikes something he doesn`t know why. His brain (configured by all his previous life) just gives such response. There is no point to tell him things like "you are wrong" because it`s just your brain giving different response. Best answer to a different opinion I met in a book: "Ok, you have your opinion, and I have mine." And if person uses rude words then we can add: "Why so rude expression?". That way person sees that we did hear him and even did ask back an attentive/thoughtful question. Sorry If I bored you (like grandpa with obvious instructions). I just don`t want you to damage your mental, emotional health.
