I feel like a comeback within the year is going to happen. In the vlive when they said Hwasa was recording I thought they meant for a video/show but then Moonbyul imitated her singing into a mic and texting at the same time, so yeah they're already onto new music. Also as far as ISAC goes I'm sure they have the right to say no if they don't want to participate. They didn't attend the one at the beginning of the year. Either way I'm excited to see them fail/exceed everyone's expectations at bowling.

Sorry if it's already been posted but Suran (a very popular Korean artist rn) has a new music video which has some very gay moments. Plus the story is quite beautiful. It's about one girl going deaf and the other going blind but they find each other.

In early 2016 they weren't disbanded but weren't actively promoting either. I think happyface was deciding what to do with them. They could have done what MBK did with DIA and temporarily have members leave the group so they could participate in the show and then rejoin later.

I think the problem was happyface sent too many mid level trainees. If they concentrated on sending for example JiU, Sua and Siyeon and emphasised their past as minx, similar to Nu'est this season, it could have been great.

Seeing as how Weki Meki are charting with their debut single on Melon, I thought I'd ask you all this question. How well do you think DC would be doing right now if Happyface had sent one (or more) of the members to Produce 101? As far as I can tell Minx were not promoting in early 2016 when P101 was airing and there were other contestants who had already debuted on the show, so they were eligible. If they were sent, who do you think could have made it into the final 11? I feel like JiU would have a good chance, because seemingly the audience cared about visuals+personality+talent. And she has all of those x100.

Moonbyul singing here shows that she really can sing better than most idols. She has a softer voice compared to the other members but when she projects her voice like she did in this performance, it's amazing.

I've finally developed a thick skin to those types of comments. The only thing that still bothers me is when a new person who wants to stan mamamoo is discouraged from it by other people. I've seen it on Twitter several times. Also people who like mmm but are afraid to say it on Twitter/Tumblr because they don't want to get attacked for supporting them.

I agree, despite the competition they did very well this comeback. I can't help but think that if they had released YIA a week earlier they could have scored their second all kill and second #1 single. But Bolbaggan14 also came back that week, so that might have been a stretch. At the very least they would have won more trophies because apinks fandom power is no joke and they had a comeback straight after. If they had released YIA before there would be some shows that apink wouldn't have been eligible for yet and MMM could have taken. But anyway that's all speculation. I feel like this comeback was strong and did much better than Mamamoo themselves expected. I'm not sure about the longevity of the single, the lowest they've dropped that I've personally seen is #30 on Melon. Side note, They are currently the most followed gg on Melon but it looks like Red Velvet will take that spot soon. Also their physicals are amazing at almost 50k. I would have liked to see them on more variety shows this comeback and seen them get more CFs but I'm sure all that will come with time. Just on a general note, this comeback was a great one, but being on Twitter dampened the experience compared to the Decalcomanie comeback due to the negativity I would see on a daily basis from antis even when I actively try to avoid it by blocking. I think I've finally gotten over the feeling of being hurt any time I would see a negative thing being said and just swiftly block and move on. Hopefully all the negativity will dissolve as time goes by and all these 'woke stans' move onto the next cool thing to hate. Overall, great comeback, the song's great, the girls look amazing and I selfishly want another comeback before the end of the year. [emoji13]

Their performance from Music Core today is trending at #26 on Naver. It's probably the first time their views concentrated just in Korea are more than their YouTube video views, which tends to be largely international fans.

I wonder what it'll take for SK to wake up to their talent 🤔. Still early days in their promotion, there is hope!
