    Yep, for now. I'm doing a double major in Chinese next year as part of my arts degree. I saw the coordinator and they said I should be put into the intermediate stream instead of the pure beginner stream because I have Chinese background, so I figured I may as well get a headstart now on my holidays :p Hopefully I'm not too much of a noob by the time classes start :p Well, I do have my mother to ask for help but I have hard enough time talking to her in Cantonese =.= Thanks, I guess, lol.

    mah pr0 zhong wen writin' skillz: Actually, I have no idea what I'm doing trying to learn without lecturer/tutor/teacher/sensei/laoshi/master/Chinese person. One day I will actually be able to communicate to other Chinamen but they'll sniff the banana in me. I don't know what I'm posting here for either. -shrugs-

    Basically that :p During that 100 hours, you're on your 'learners' permit, so you must drive with L plates attached under supervision.

    It's 16 here too for learners. You need to hold it for a year though before you can drive solo. So, it'd be 17.
