Makes sense although I think if men did their makeup like a lot of women while it might work for some I'd imagine the majority would not work. In my experience while there are some basics that are the same the amount and where for men and women seem to be pretty different in terms of the cosmetics applied.

I don't but I'm going to assume it's either because their testicles are sticking to the side of their leg or their penis is crammed in there (also known simply as "adjustments") Tbh as straight (or bi not really sure tbh) male I already consider wearing makeup. I feel like were the social stigma taken away just about every guy would too. The problem you're going to run into is that "maleness" is essentially judged by being more or less the antitheses of femininity which is wrong imo. If you're asking the evolutionary purpose of a glans and corona I am not aware as to why it exists as opposed to one consistent shaft and a urethra. As for why the "head" of a penis might be much larger than the rest it might be a cosmetic effects one achieved through some form of bodily disfiguration I'd rather not think about.
