I'm honestly happy to hear Jihyo left early. I was thinking how it would be for me if I was in another country due to work, unable to be there for my partner when he is having such a tough time. I know I would take the earliest flight to him. And she must know better than anyone how hard he has been having it. I said it when it was revealed and I say it again, I'm so glad Daniel found someone as sweet and kind and thoughtful as Jihyo and she stuck with him through this hard year.

No, we haven't seen his old company making any obvious moves since they admitted defeat to him in court in September. The journalists who were working for them have tried it with some negative articles but it wasn't anything that caught on since then. This was just an unfortunate situation. The Show has had other controversies about some of the winners and their scores before. So the fans of AOA and Astro thought it was the case of The Show giving an unfair win to Daniel. They were helped in trending by the Daniel anti community who were waiting for something like this to latch on and made it more personal by trying to make it look like Daniel bought the award.

Realistically, he can't be charged with anything in this case because he only received without consent one sex tape from JJY, he didn't film or distribute any molka. So that's why he wasn't even investigated. His name was used in the beginning to give publicity to the case and get the authorities to investigate. This seems to make his fans believe Seungri is an innocent angel. He is not. No matter what his reaction was to that sex tape he received, negative or whatever, the fact of the matter is everyone involved in those rape and molka cases were his friends long after he found out what kind of stuff they were doing. These guys weren't discreet about it if they shared these videos with all kinds of people around them. People knew what kind of disgusting human trashes they were.
