Did people on here witness what happened with Holland today ? He posted this and then deleted it after being bullied by crazy vkookers. It's really disgusting and infuriating that an actual Korean gay man cannot even speak out against the harrassment he's been subjected to by insane shippers for YEARS. I saw the qrts and many vkookers who otherwise claim to be parangon of support for LGBT people were throwing thinly veiled homophobic insults at him for daring to call them out. And I hope no one will quote me by saying that what Holland did was wrong because he supposedly wrote down the names of BTS members and involved them in this issue. Because he did not ! He wrote down a SHIP name and called out SHIPPERS. And he was damn right to do it ! Those people really don't give a fuck about real queer people working in the idol industry and their feelings. I already knew it but I'm tired to see them being shielded again and again. But what can I expect when even their boys getting into dating scandals with women didn't stop their madness and delusions

As a very long time Seungkwan stan it's really evident he's very insecure about his looks, since he was a trainee. Pledis instilled some just god awful restrictive eating habits in him that he clearly really struggles with to this day very blatantly and its so fucking depressing. It's clear he's naturally a little on the heavier side (by kpop standards– by general healthiness standards the natural weight he gravitates to seems perfectly healthy) and he has developed a pretty blatant eating disorder that he and the other members talk about fairly regularly and take extremely lightly, and as someone with a similar disorder it's just awful to see every time. I'm not really surprised this has progressed to plastic surgery especially since Seventeen on the whole have recently been getting a ton of work done and Hybe's definitely got some complex about noses.

Unfortunately for BTS, at this point taekook shippers are as resilient as cockroaches. If one half of their ship getting caught holding hands in Paris at night with his girlfriend doesn't do it, nothing ever will. The whole thing just gives Larry Stylinson delulu vibes ...

Pure insanity I hate the fact that idols/korean artists are always pressured to apologize for every single action that people somehow find offensive even if they didn't say or do anything bad. That was a perfectly appropriate tweet. It's so infuriating to see him placate this group of terminally online losers who should have their internet access cut off a long time ago. I know it'll never happen but I really want to see an idol tell these people to fuck off at least once in my life. And many comments under his apology post are still trying to drag him! Nothing will ever convince me that shipping isn't a net negative to every single fandom in existence. Stop dragging other people into your delusional fantasies.

he literally had a nose that perfectly fit his face before i literally don't get it. like, this isn't even a case of getting rid of a big nose, i honestly don't think the new one has elevated his looks. it frustates me because what was the point honestly. it's just an operation for the sake of getting one, as a now 8th year old idol. kibum did the same thing, a decade into his career and boom he got a nose job. it just saddens me to see even older idols get rid of their features when they've managed to keep them for so long

After that phone call with Jiwoong during his live where he was blushing and giggling like a teen girl talking to her crush, I don't understand how fans can still mark him as straight lol. I would check the in between box at the very least. about the kiss: I remember seeing clips of the infamous behind the scene kiss and I remember thinking how real the kissing felt. I don't think most fans think Jiwoong is gay or bi simply because he kissed a guy in a BL, I think it was the "realness" of the kiss and the obvious chemistry between the couple.

I mean in SVT the only ones who are speculated to haven't touched their nose are Mingyu, Woozi and Vernon, no? That's like 10 out of 13 having something done to their nose, which is a majority of the group. And they all touch their face one way or another anw... Well the whole industry is. It's sad but it is what it is - a lookism industry within a lookism country. Imo SVT and many idols around their age are starting to feel the effect of aging and their unhealthy lifestyle on their face, and are trying to "correct" them via surgeries or fillers/botox. I just hope that they go lightly with those things, no one looks good with too much work done on their face. But I guess it's hard to unlearn all the toxic things that were beaten into your head since you were a kid... It's funny, I think idols are really sincere when they tell fans to eat a lot and love yourself and stuffs like that, but they can't actually bring themselves to do so because of how toxic the industry they work in is.

for jiwoong i probably would've done either straight or in between, i'm actually not sure. i don't get when people bring up his bl work, ie the making out, solely as proof as that's acting. of course he's gonna kiss the dude, that's what was in the job description and what he was paid to do. many actors who take up gay roles are straight so i could see him as straight but supportive. but, at the same time, he was also really chill about the whole thing when asked about it on boys planet. he also didn't make it out to be some big deal in this reaction video he did, with who i think was an actress from another series of his, when asked about what that experience was like and if it was different to other series. plus, his interactions with seobin outside the drama were a bit but it might be a case of fan service, as bl actors tend to do so i hear (i don't watch bl, i've only seen one of jiwoong's). i did see the other results and i agree with them, although maybe not taerae who has the majority gay vote as i feel like he could be anything

I wish this would settle the matter, but now the Taekookers have tasted blood so idk how soon they'll let this die down. Honestly, people (international fans, anyway - idk enough about the k-side) are so weird to him. i voted on the poll but accidentally clicked the gay option for jiwoong when i didn't mean to so i may have skewed the results a tiny bit (although there are lots of votes so maybe it doesn't really matter). i found it funny yet really unsurprising that hao's votes were majority in the gay option. hanbin being more divisive also makes sense to me because he's definitely toned down his "behaviour" so to speak (not so much personality wise since we don't know if he was more flamboyant in terms of personality predebut, although anecdotes say that he's basically the same in terms of kindness if that counts to anyone here, but in the sense that he hasn't done waacking since his battle with lip j in the first episode of boys planet and even that seemed like a "manlier" version than what he'd do predebut between 2017-2020, which i've also just realised is right before he became a trainee so i wonder if that has anything to do with it like he was told by cube to chill out a bit which is sad if there's any truth to it - though this is all speculation on my part so maybe there's not), but i'm actually surprised he's still got a majority gay vote considering he has lots of girlfriend stans lmao
