I wasn't gonna post this because it's only tangentially on topic but the thread is so quiet right now that I changed my mind anyway during Enhypen's tour kickoff concert in Seoul, a male fan shouted "I LOVE YOU!" at Sunoo while he was making his closing speech. This clip from the concert livestream is interesting bc you can see Enhypen's various reactions to it. A couple of them think it's funny - Sunghoon says "oh, very brave" lmao - and a couple of them don't seem to understand what's happening. Most notable to me is Jungwon going eww/ooh and making a pushing away motion. I'm curious what he meant there since it doesn't exactly read as positive.

anton/chanyoung doesn't look much different to me, i saw someone say he got a jaw shave too but...where? jaw looks natural i agree that he got his nose tweaked but in no way does he look "botched" like that pann article is trying to say. he looks very recognizable from predebut. for me, eunseok & seunghan's jaws are very obvious, and wonbin's chin is obvious too

I get what you're trying to say about people injecting their own wishes onto speculations, but you're also acting like it could ever be evidence-based or something. Reality is we'll never truly know which idols are gay or not, the vast majority of them are unlikely to ever come out even if any of us happen to be right about anything. It's extremely common in Korea for queer women to maybe experiment with girls while young then "grow up" and marry a man "like they should" later on in life. In general, even if someone is bisexual, you're only going to see them go public in the heterosexual relationships they pursue, and never the homosexual ones. The data is always going to skew like this. Also, it's not like you haven't written a pretty lengthy post about Lisa before, who has recent dating rumors with some French CEO.

It’s time people stop saying Wonbin got Jaw shaving on some of these comments and articles. he looks like he got more of jaw implant than shaving. But like that’s me saying it because ive only seen liek few predebut. His jaw could very well be natural, but can kinda see the chin reshaping. it also looks like his eyes are now deeper set. Wishful thinking goes both ways. So many people get angry at the mere suggestion an idol the fancy/ like could be LGBT. They also forget how different it is for LGBT people. The chances of idols coming out is so slim, doesn't change the fact that there are plenty who aren't straight and some people just won't even entertain that and act like everything is a reach. They act like no one is in the closet, all idols lie but not about something which can cause them damage, that no gay people date members of the opposite gender due to all sorts of pressure and genuine relationships with the opposite gender precludes someone from being into both. Even idols who choose to be as open as they can be within the confines of their situation etc have fans insisting they are straight.

RV rarely has 5 photocards per member though. Albums like ICC or Russian Roulette only have 1 photocard per member which makes it very easy for collectors. Albums like Perfect Velvet or RBB have 2 photocards per member. And then there are albums like Queendom or FMR which have 3 photocards per member. That's very reasonable imo. I only remember two albums which had an excessive amount of photocards and those were the RVF Finale and Birthday albums with respectively 5 and 4 photocards per member. Which is still very far from the worst offenders in Kpop.

You're so right rosie, spilled now that it's been some time, I think Oppenheimer is a better film as a whole but it's not one that I'd easily rewatch because of how long and dense it is. Watching it was an amazing experience however. Barbie on the other hand, despite having a well thought idea, still manages to be very light and enjoyable. I saw this and my soul ascended, lol. I also saw the clips of Junsung, Sungho, and Seonwoo reacting to the first ep, and neither SH or SW knew about Junsung's ex being on S1. SH was flipping out in a cute way and almost cried while Junsung tried to extricate himself from the doghouse, lol. Seonwoo had also asked Sungho if he was dating someone to which SH responded yes and then Junsung said he was also seeing someone while they looked at each other and smiled. So pretty much confirmed that they are still dating all these months later. The only way Season 3 can top this season is to have at least 3 endgame couples on JunSungho's level. Anyway, here's Kai! Kai is yet another case who seems to have opted for the classic eyes and nose combo. With him as well predebut doesn't equate pre-surgery, as there are multiple predebut pictures of him during his trainee days where he already had work done. Let's get into it! The first thing that stood out it my were his eyes. Granted, he was probably only in middle school in the first photo but nevertheless we can tell that he used to have a lot of fat/extra tissue around his eyes. While some of that may have disappeared with age, I believe he's had both an upper and lower blepharoplasty to help with that. In addition to that he seems to have touched up his double eyelids as well to make them more defined and even. Finally his epicanthic fold seems far less prominent, indicating an epicanthoplasty. Kai had some work done on his nose as well. I admittedly cropped the second picture weirdly but you should still be able to tell that both his nose bridge and tip look more defined and narrower. I believe he's had both a rhinoplasty and a tip plasty to to make his nose more shapely. He most definitely does not have an implant: Kai's nose bridge is naturally rather bumpy, which is why we can pretty much rule out an implant. Instead he seems to occasionally opt for fillers to make it smoother. While this caused a near calamity in 2016, the last pic from 2019 shows his nose looking slightly bumpier again, indicating that the change was only due to temporary fillers which he seems to make use of every once in a while. Here's the summary of his procedures: 1. Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty 2. Double Eyelid Surgery 3. Epicanthoplasty 4. Rhinoplasty 5. Tip Plasty 6. Fillers for his nose brigde Please let me know if I missed anything!

One thing I'm curious about is if they tell these businesses what they are filming since they clearly shut them down to film in. I imagine if they do say it's a gay dating program, it probably restricts them in where they film and do things. There were some different date venues between the seasons. Like in Season 1 they went parasailing off a hill and this one they did the skating rink and zip line. I also like they don't do a lot of dumb challenges and games and just let them casually interact. There is a certain point where the activities get contrived just to create drama or have forced interactions. I think as is, production does enough to get different people interacting with the first come first served nature of picking the dates. I also think people naturally talk about themselves and share their personalities too.

I don't think there are any changes besides the brow shape. The jaw shape fluctuation might be easily attributed to the change of camera lens, which makes sense bc she's a YouTuber. Updating the filming equipment is a crucial part of their job

my absolute favourite PS fact is that the first ever rhinoplasty was performed in 600BC in India! it was more of a nose reconstruction, but it used the same method we do today, by taking skin and tissue from the forehead and making a flap to bring down to form the nose, it's AMAZING. i first heard about it from Dr Lindsey Fitzharris on instagram, her whole account has so much cool information on the history of surgery and medicine, if anyone else is interested in that sort of thing! it can be a little graphic at times, so it may not be for everyone, but i personally find her account absolutely riveting

Serendipitous that you mention Soohyuk right after I post his most recent date with Hoshi. I’m pretty convinced they are dating. The matching outfits and sharing clothes is pretty telling. Also, it’s not like they are just friends who are close in age and like to hang out. They’ve got an almost 10 year age gap. You don’t see a lot of super close friendships where the friends have a ten year age gap and seemingly hang out when it’s only the two of them.
