Hello guys, I've been a casual reader of this thread since 2016 and decided to put my humble input of my personal opinion of idols that could be part of the community, as always I’m up for some conversation and do feel freely to disagree with me. 2AM: Jo Kwon (he’s basically living on a glass closet, always embracing proudly lgbtq+ elements/art expression, I really admire and adore him). SHINee: Key (another one that goes without saying). U-Kiss: Soohyun (I will never forget those leaked messages with Jo Kwon). EXO: Sehun (from his mysterious relationship with that chef to him confessing on a concert he likes men), Suho (his relationship with Donghwan was kinda suspicious, from Donghwan’s old instagram posts and to Suho even admitting he’s his soulmate on a Vlive and said he helped him write love songs for his debut solo album, I sincerely hope they still going strong), Kyungsoo (I can’t remember any interesting recipe at this moment, but I do admit is pure vibes). BTS: Suga and Taehyung (them always embracing too popular lgbtq+ elements/art has made me curious, Taehyung always gave me bisexual vibes) NCT: Ten (another one popular opinion, personally since that element on the star of NCT where his teacher confirmed he indeed didn’t have interested in women, I got the feel he is one of us). I do admit with the rest of NCT I have my doubts, specially with Jeno, but there hasn’t been anything specially concrete. IMFACT: The whole group was kinda interesting, but if i have to go with someone is Ungjae, boy has been embracing it since the debut. SEVENTEEN: Hoshi (let’s be honest, his relationship with Soohyuk is definitely interesting, matching items, always on dates, etc), Jun (though he’s very flirty with men, he always pinged me as a bisexual). CIX: Hyunsuk (I adore him, from him saying on vlive his heart beats with male actors than with female actresses to him being obsessed with Maxence), the whole group is indeed interesting though. BOYS PLANET: Boys Planet deserves a honorable mention, the program was very lively with possible members of the community. Seowon, Haruto, Woonggi, Hojin, Chen Kuanjui, etc. ZB1: Zhang Hao (he was basically out as he could be back in his town, from all the pre-debut posts that got leaked from his old deleted accounts), Sung Hanbin (was basically a member of a house, despite most of people thinking he got deyassified from his younger self, he simply is not flamboyant personality-wise). Zhang Hao and Sung Hanbin relationship simply strikes my interest, after all the content from BP and non public interactions after that it wouldn’t surprised me if they have something going on. Despite everything, honestly their bond is such a breath of fresh air. That’s all I have on my old memory for now.

I‘m not sure why every time someone brings up that they think a celebrity is not gay others think they are attacking bisexuals? not everything has to be an issue, y‘all. I‘ve said this before and I‘ll say it again: opinions can change the more context you get.

Chaeyeon had some of the most unnecessary and noticeable work done. A lot of it wasn't executed the way it should've been, imho. When you look at her face, it's clear what work she's done. Not to mention - they give her the wrong styling. Her hair colors, syles, even brows and skin lightening make her look so washed out. Meanwhile, I don't agree with what you said about her sister. She does not look totally unrecognizable. She looks like her predebut self, but enhanced. All of her work was successful and more subtle. Like, this is clearly the same girl? while Chaeyeon does look like a completely different person to me

Sorry, but it's to much work to explain why XD. Just very on the surface: Close friends dont cry at each others weddings like it's a funeral or when one of them wins an anward. They weren't even close for that long to justify it. And since then they closed all levels of communications publicly. Search the thread for more. Ok?.... Oh, i See. So bisexuals don't exist and all gay people in korea live truthfully. I don't know if this is what u tried to imply, but i have seen a lot of people acting like that.

I feel like the surgeries for her keep getting worse. The surgeries have become really noticeable, even to someone who has not followed her. Like everyone could tell she has done something to her face even if never seen her 'previous' pictures. The distance between her upper lip and nose tip change really threw her face balance off along with whatever she keeps doing to her lips. I know hindsight wont help but her really have should stopped at the latest in 2020. I feel bad for Chaeyeon, her sister keeps getting praised for visuals getting better (more suitable surgeries) but she is stuck trying to make improvements to her not so well-done surgeries. I've said it before but she should just let everything settle for awhile and then decide what to do. But it looks like she is going to fast cycle of surgeries and fillers which none of are doing her justice. (And the current hair washes her out so bad, like honestly i dont remember when i have seen as bad hair color match as hers)

Serendipitous that you mention Soohyuk right after I post his most recent date with Hoshi. I’m pretty convinced they are dating. The matching outfits and sharing clothes is pretty telling. Also, it’s not like they are just friends who are close in age and like to hang out. They’ve got an almost 10 year age gap. You don’t see a lot of super close friendships where the friends have a ten year age gap and seemingly hang out when it’s only the two of them.

nct made show out of the members getting to know each other and not being so awkward around each other so i would still say its fair to see the individual units as separate when it comes to this. They dont tour, promo or live together all 24 so its not the same. On paper they are alot but they seem to be pretty separate in practise.

Didn’t realize it was Hoshi’s birthday today. His date with Soohyuk may have been to celebrate his bday? I’m sure there’s limited time in their schedules to meet and plenty of people that want to celebrate with Hoshi and instead of having a group get together he spends time alone with Soohyuk.

Why ? They seemed like regular friends signed with the same agency. Song Joongki gives me straight vibes tbh. I don't think we can compare the 48 girls with NCT. NCT seems big for a Kpop group but the number of members isn't nearly as high. I do agree that if there was a couple within NCT, it would be with members of different units though. And also something very casual and not serious at all.

Bogum and Taehyung are a possibility too imo. As much as I think they were/are platonic friends, you can't rule a m/m relationship out. And there's way more direct physical evidence for them, esp back in the day, than for Taehyung and Jennie.

DO was spotted hanging around and going in trips with an older co star and his male actor friends. At that time the guy was already in his 40s and publicly single. There were some pics with them from a few years ago. Gong Yoo and Kang Do Won used to have gay rumores in Korea and were very close. Apparently they are somehow distantly related by allience. The thing is they developed that close relationship which sparked the rumors before they found out they were "related". About the actor talk, Y'all should look at Woo Do Hwan's I live alone episode and tell me you don't get vibes. His relationship with Lee Sangyi is just like a couple's. Like he seems genuinely in love with him lol. When i see these older men with no record of public hetero dating in close relationships with handome guys i think it's kinda natural to suspect them. Although i still think that a lot of queer people not just bi, but also gay in south korea still chose the straight lifestyle. Like they will get married and have kids regardless of orientation. I'm mostly on the kr twitter and it's really refreshing what this group is changing in the industry. From what I see, a lot of korean fans do find Hao feminine/delicate. Most of them actually! And since hao and hanbin are so close they seems to kinda accept it and there isn't much negative/homophobic comments ? Some of them even quote international fans and jokes with them. We're really in a new era. Btw about the gift, kr fans are wondering why they blurred the " To xxxxxxx " from Hao's letter to Hanbin on Instagram and the Yujin reading Hao's letter thing too. Tbh I still think his relationship with suzy was probably at the start when they got caught and it simply didn't work out, I remember poor Suzy was attacked because she had dated two very much older men. The gift Hao gave Hanbin for his bday is apparently meant as a gift for your significant other. Because it's impossible for these particular characters to be anything other than white Europeans, and it doesn't take a genius to reach this conclusion. I'm using the perfectly valid "it's Europe!!" argument because the story takes place in post-medieval Central Europe, which is not only extremely pertinent but also equally evident if you have ever actually SEEN Disney's animated version... or really any version. Snow White? Like it or not, but she was named that for an actual reason. Her skin being "white as snow" is literally a plot point. I'm sorry you think these are minor details, but they are not. Would you have been fine with the live-action remake of Mulan starring a white woman? Maybe Scarlett Johansson? No? Didn't think so. Don't try to make me sound racist just because I don't want a nonsensically unfaithful adaptation due to something as basic as casting. You don't get to use the "she's a fish!!" excuse here.

Yeah, let's just conveniently ignore the fact that the characters in this story (and the origin of the story itself) are emphatically EUROPEAN. If we ever invent time travel during our lifetimes, I want you to go back to 16th century Germany and try explaining to them what the hell a "BIPOC" is.

As someone who has defended Halle Bailey repeatedly for The Little Mermaid, in Snow White's case, the character's fair skin is a crucial part of the character and a motif of the story. We can be flexible and put a fair skinned character that is not necessarily white (they can be pale East Asian), and even that would be stretching it bc "Snow WHITE", you know. Overall, leave characters whose race is crucial to the story and historical characters untouched. Or... start making newer diverse work so actors are not subjected to racism. These constant remakes are blatant cash grabs. If A24 didn't exist Hollywood would be shit.

Why even bother using the snow white IP if you're just gonna rewrite everything about the story...because they know their idea would flop without the name recognition.

Dwarf actors rarely get roles in movies, then when they finally have the opportunity... Of course, it is easy for him to say all that bullshit since he already made his millions and got all the fame and prestige. I think actors should act and that's it.
