Hello and welcome to our second divination class of this week

This time we'll stay in the classroom, you already went through a lot last time so... let's stay safe.

It'll be simple, we'll be working on your crystal-gazing technique.

There will be 10 rounds with a theme (e.i. Harry Potter).

In each round, I will give 4 crystal balls with clues in them. One crystal ball per house.

Before starting, each house will have to decide on a leader.

Each round will last 4 minutes, in those 4 minutes, teams need to talk to find what is in their crystal ball.

Before the end of the 4 minutes, the team leader has to give an answer and bold it.

Discussion has to be on the thread.

A wrong answer is 0 point.

Answering after 4 minutes is -1 point as a penalty.

Answering before letting your house discuss is also -1 point

because I want the leader to take into consideration his whole team.

This is not a speed based game.

In order to try not get ties, I decided to do like in some video games: streaks.

The first correct answer is 1 point.

If you get another correct answer, you get 2 points, another one 3 points, etc.

But once you've failed to answer one round, you go back to 1 point for the next correct answer you give.

For example:

Round 1: Correct +1 pt

Round 2: Correct +2 pts

Round 3: Correct +3 pts

Round 4: False 0 pt

Round 5: Correct +1 pt

etc.

Leaders can answer only once.

They are allowed to discuss with the team, but once they gave a bolded answer, it's the one.

Leaders aren't allowed to edit their answer post.

Typos will not be accepted.

Full names or stage names required.

3rd place: 10 points

Welcome to Transfiguration Class, where you learn the art of changing the form and appearance of an object or a person.

Transfiguration is not easy to master, it requires hard work and unique talent.

These talented idols have transfigured themselves into a Harry Potter character each.

Let's see if you have studied enough to crack the spell!

This game consists of 12 rounds.

Each round I will post a transfigured (photoshopped) image of an idol turned into a Harry Potter character.

You need to guess which idol it is as well as which Harry Potter character the idol was turned to.

For the idols, you are required to write their stage or first name and their group (unless they're a soloist), while for the Harry Potter character you need to write their full names (first and last name).

Spelling mistakes do not count as a correct answer.

You may only use abbreviations for the group if it's universally acknowledged, so I can accept BTS for Bangtan Seonyeondan, but not RV for Red Velvet.

Example of how to answer: "Jungkook BTS Hermoine Granger"

Your answer won’t count as correct if its only partially right.

Whoever guesses the answer correctly first gets 3 points, 2nd person gets 2 points, and 3rd gets 1 point.

Only one answer will be accepted per post (no merged posts will be counted).

You can try guessing as many times as you wish.

I need not say it, but this is an individual game, do not get help from anyone.

3 questions will be asked per battle

-During round 1 a time will be given in the xx:xx format meaning if its at xx:10 then it would be at the 10 minutes mark in that hour

The person that earns 2 out of 3 possible points wins

- you can only answer once, if you answer  first but you are incorrect your contender gets the point.

You need to spell the idol/celebrities name correctly and in full(no GD, has to be G dragon). and describe the scandal  in 1 or more words. simply replying "g dragon scandal" is not enough.in case where someone gets it nearl right and the other gets it completely wrong. the closest person would  go on.

-You only have 3 minutes after a question is posted to answer, later than that no one gets a point

-If neither gets a point then you both are eliminated, if its a tie you are also eliminated.

Hello and welcome to our first divination class!

For this class, you will be using various divination techniques in real time.

We will go into the forbidden forest... as you may know, this forest is quite hostile.

I count on your divination abilities to avoid the dangers of this forest!

It's simple: I will be describing what is happening to us in those woods and, right before encounting a dangerous situation, I will give you 3 choices on how to overcome the danger.

Images posted with the rounds do not affect the answer.

You'll have to use your divination abilities to tell how to pass this situation.

There will be an action that will allow you to defeat the danger, giving you points.

If you're the first to give the answer defeating the danger, you'll get 3 points, if you're second, 2 points, and everone else giving this answer after, 1 point.

There will be an action that will allow you to flee the danger, not giving you points.

Everybody giving the flee answer will get 0.

And there will be an action that... will make the danger defeat you. And you'll lose points.

And the ones answering with the action that defeats you, will lose 1 point.

There will be 10 rounds, you'll get 2 minutes to answer per situation.

You can answer only once per round.

You can either answer with the letter (A, B or C) only, or copy paste the option you want with the letter.

You cannot edit your post.

Once you've participated in the first round, you have to participate until the end or you will get -1 point per round you didn't answer.

If you enter the game after the first round, you will get -1 points for the previous rounds you didn't participate into.

Final points will be calculated by doing the mean of the points gotten by all the students participating.

The top student (the one who got the most points individually) will get an individual first place, then, it will be a house ranking.

1st place (individual): 2 Platinum Tokens + 5 bonus points to their house

A friendly reminder

First thing first students,

 OneHallyu Rule Book and Warning Manual.

Before going further into this reminder,

I would advise to read the rules again, at least the main parts.

Now that you are more familiar with OH rules, the Events Team would like to remind everyone that participating in an Events doesn't allow you to break the rules.

The past classes have been disturbed with abusive behavior that isn't acceptable on this forum, no matter the situation.

Breaking OH rules in games will result in being warned or getting warning points by the Moderating Team, just like any other part of the forum.

Added with this, bans from the OHgwarts Events and the following games and events from the Events Team can be issued.

What is acceptable

Asking the host to clarify a situation - the validity of an answer, a rule - is acceptable.

What isn't acceptable

Attacking another player for asking clarifications isn't acceptable.

What is acceptable

Expressing a dissatisfaction with a decision from the host by staying polite is acceptable.

What isn't acceptable

Attacking the host or other players over a decision or a statement that has been made isn't acceptable.

What is acceptable

Explaining yourself about a situation where you felt like you have been wronged by staying polite is acceptable.

What isn't acceptable

Calling out/using personal attacks to other players because you feel like you have been wronged isn't acceptable.

Those are the most common situations we've been given to see since the start of the games. Remember that everyone has the right to express dissatisfaction, nobody is repressing the freedom of speech of anyone. But this right has its limit when it comes to attacking other people and this falls under abusive behavior that is against OneHallyu's rules.

Without rules, living in a community becomes unbearable. We expect everyone to understand that for everyone's well being, rules should be followed the same way by all users.

Welcome to your first Dark Arts Class at OHGwarts 2! Today's class we will be studying the famous 'TT Study' involving 9 non-witches who lead a path of destruction only to be banished in a haunted house in OHgwarts and casted with a Dark Arts spell of irreversibly turning them into the ghosts of famous childhood characters.

After your intense research performed into today's class, we would like to end off with a test on what you learnt while researching the TT Study. You will be having to look through the CCTV footage through to find key areas / "treasures" highlighted and the first people to find each highlighted part will win. The 2nd post will be updated with these treasures at XX:35.

You will have to set up a PM with your professor (HARU!) titled 'TT Study' and share your answers there (not in this thread).

You will have to send your findings with a screenshot your desktop for each treasure while playing the footage with the time stamp where the treasure is. Screenshot by either using Snipping Tool, any other built-in ways or downloading Light Shot: https://app.prntscr.com/

These treasures will have hints and further hints may be released if people are stuck with finding them. Keep your eyes peeled wizards!

Who can play?

How to play?

• It's a race on your broom stick, flying from one thread to the other.
  
• You will each start in the same location.
  
• There are 10 stops in the race.
  
• There will be a clue to where the next stop in the race is.
  
• Once you reach a certain stop, you need to post in this thread about your current location. For example, if you have reach Stop 2, post here "I'm at Stop 2". Do not post link to your current location! Failure to post that you have arrived at each stop will make you ineligible to win even if you pm us final link.
  
• The next point can be either an artist thread or another popular active thread.
  
• The mathematical part of the clue will alert you to the page number of thread, while the image will suggest what thread it will be.

How the winner is determined?

• Using the clue, racers must decipher where is the next stop.
  
• As stated above, once you reach a certain stop, you need to post in this thread about your current location. Do not post link to your current location!
  
• You need to do this process until you reach Stop 9
  
• Once you reach Stop 10, you need to send via PM the link to the Pit Stop to both Professors (me and Professor Ayyu must be included).
  
• The fastest racer to complete all stops (and have posted in this thread when they got to each stop) and send the final stop via PM to the Professors would be the winner.
