Welcome to the EXO & EXO-L campsite

This event is based on teamwork of the fandom and the prize will be stamps for the whole fandom for a month, a trophy for all participants of the fandom, those who participated, and an OH theme for three months of your favourite group.

There are different categories you can participate, not only for the points that are collected for the fandom, but also for an individual prize.

The All Out Region War

This is the biggest war and based on teamwork. You can participate in 5 contests, but you can only choose one contest for your points to be counted to the collective points for the whole fandom. This will probably be the contest where you scored the highest score. The fandom with the highest overall score wins the "The All Out Region War". Your entry needs to be related with the artist and fandom you chose, in our case "EXO".

The Soldier War

This is based on individuality, but you can participate in both "The Soldier War" and "The All Out Region War". You need to at least participate in 5 out of the 6 contests to be eligible for the prizes. You can use different idols, for each different battle, unlike "The All Out Region War''.

Here I'll give a brief overview of the challenges to make it a little easier for you to choose what you want to participate in

We are focusing on Brigade since we're a small fandom but I'll also cover Soldier

Prize for winning Brigade is a 1 month stamp for the entire fandom so lets win

Concept Battle - Graphics/Profile

• If you're good at graphics and profile design this contest is for you
• Must only use one member of Loona for your theme, so try to pick a bias if you can lol
• Bias, Aesthetic and Originality is what they will judge you on so make sure you hit these with your design
• You also need to change your DP and Sig to fit, recommend changing your profile background to match your graphics as well

Charisma Battle - Free for All

• Good for anyone who knows how to be unique and stand out or is unsure of what to do
• It's all about promoting your bias/group in a fun and creative way so the possibilities are unlimited
• Must only use Loona, cannot include other groups
• Bias, Uniqueness and Likeablity(how relatable/likeable your submission is) is what they will judge you on so try to keep it unique, interesting and fun
• The more creative you are the better so don't be afraid to try something new or different

Lyricist Battle - Fanfiction/Writing

• Good for anyone who is a talented writer or creative story teller
• Must use Loona only
• You may submit any type of writing from fanfiction, articles, essays, play scripts - literally any sort of writing piece is ok
• Can't be more then 7 pages
• Bias, Writing (cohesiveness, ease of reading, reasonable plot), Entertainment(how enjoyable it is to read) are the judging criteria
• It doesn't just have to be a fanfic so think outside of the box and get creative

Music Video Battle - Video Creation

• Good for anyone who is great at video editing and creation
• Must use Loona only, cannot include other groups
• Bias, Uniqueness and Likeablity(how relatable/likeable your submission is) are the judging criteria
• The judges want to be entertained with something fun and original so keep that in mind when making your video submission!

Visual Battle - Drawing

• Good for anyone who can draw
• Must only use Loona, cannot include other groups
• Bias, Drawing(quality and skill shown in the drawing) and Originality is what they will judge you on
• Take your time and make sure you're submitting something you're proud of

Vocal & Dance Battle - Voice and Dance Covers

• Good for anyone who is a great singer or dancer and not shy about showing it
• Must use a Loona song
• Bias, Accuracy (matching dance steps), Likability (how enjoyable it is to view or listen to)

All Out Region War - For fandoms with 25+ participants

&

Brigade War - For fandoms with 6-24 participants

Each participant will choose one battle to participate in. Their score will be added to the overall fandom score. Each fandom needs at least two participants in each battle. You may participate in all of the battles, but you may only choose one to count towards your fandom's overall score. The other five may be counted for the Soldier War.

Soldier War - For individuals

Each participant will participate in 5 of the 6 battles. Their scores from each battle will be averaged at the end. You may participate in the All Out Region War/Brigade War along with this. Unlike with the All Out Region War/Brigade War, you can use different artists for each battle.

Battles:

Each user is allowed only once submission in each battle. Each submission needs to be about only one artist. It must be about the artist you enlisted for if you're planning to submit it for the All Out Region War/Brigade War

Lyricist

A writing contest. You may write fanfiction, articles, poems, etc. any form of writing really. Submission must be 3000 words max, there is no minimum.

Judging Criteria:

BIAS: Does your submission promote your faves and shows us your love for them?

WRITING: Is it cohesive, does it have a plot/main point, is it original, is you arrangement of the paper itself easy to read along?

ENTERTAINMENT: Is it fun to read, is it entertaining?

Visual

A fan art/drawing contest.

Judging Criteria:

BIAS: Does it show the artist you are representing and how much you love them?

DRAWING: Is the drawing pretty? Is it likable?

ORIGINALITY: Is the drawing original?

Concept

This is a contest about the user's profile, including their About Me page, signature, and DP. Badges will not be included.

Judging Criteria:

BIAS: Does your profile and everything that encompasses you show off your bias and your love and promotion for them?

AESTHETIC: Is it pleasing, beautiful, etc?

ORIGINALITY: Is the profile original?

Vocals & Dance

A cover contest. Vocal covers, rap covers, dance covers, etc.

Judging Criteria:

BIAS: Does your submission promote your faves and shows us your love for them?

ACCURACY: Is the way in which your are covering your fave accurate? If it's a dance cover, are the steps right and so on.

LIKABILITY: Is your submission likable, is it original, is it fun?

Music Video

A contest for creating videos of your faves. Must be below 10 minutes.

Judging Criteria:

BIAS: Does your submission promote your faves and shows us your love for them?

ORIGININALITY: Is your submission original, different?

LIKABILITY: Is your submission likable, is it fun to watch, is it enjoyable?

Charisma

A contest for showcasing you unique talents. Anything goes, really (so long as it's relevant to your faves, of course).

Judging Criteria:

BIAS: Does your submission promote your faves and shows us your love for them?

UNIQUENESS: Is your submission original is it unique?

LIKABILITY: Is your submission likable, is it relatable?

• Anyone can make the campsite for their fandom but they need to be enrolled at the enlistment thread as part of that fandom
  
• The campsite will be the place where each fandom can discuss the event and give each other opinions on their entries. This is in order to avoid spamming in the main artist threads since some people may not wish to participate
  
• After you have been enlisted just create the thread in the CAMPSITE SECTION
  
• There can only be one campsite for each fandom so if someone already did the campsite for your fandom, just go there, don't make a new one
  
• After your campsite is created, post a link here so it can be added to the directory along with the name of the artist,group so its easier for us to know how it is
  
• The campsite shall be named something simple that alludes to the artist is representing
  
• Example: For Girls Generation it can be called Girls Generation & Sone Campsite
